We firmly hold and teach classic dispensationalism and a view of moderate calvinistic view of Soteriology Our Theology
We firmly take into account the balance view of the Scripture, hence, hold a Reformed Theology in a Moderate Calvinism view of Soteriology and firnly standing as to what is clear in the scripture, and we stand on Traditional (Classical) Dispensationalism when it comes to eschatolo
gical view and to its literal, grammatical, historical method of Interpreting the scripture. We believe and teach that God's Salvific Redemption presented in the entire Bible is Efficacious in the form of Doctrine of Grace, that reveals the truth about:
Total Depravity of Man
• That because of Adam’s fall, man inherited a sinful nature, that is completely hostile to God (Romans 8:7; 7:8-11). The effect of the fall upon man is that sin has extended to every part of his personality -- his thinking, his emotions, and his will. Not necessarily that he is intensely sinful, but that sin has extended to his entire being (Matthew 6:1-18)
• That every part of man’s being has been affected by sin, hence the word “Total” means, including his will (Romans 6:17). Thus, man’s sinful nature does not permit him to choose God or Righteousness, and his inability grows out his depravity (Romans 8:7).
• Our sinful corruption is so deep and so strong as to make us slaves of sin and morally unable to overcome our own rebellion and blindness. This inability to save ourselves from sin is total. We are utterly dependent on God’s grace to overcome our rebellion, give us eyes to see, and effectively draw us to the Savior
Unconditional Election
• Unconditional Election is the doctrine which states that God chose those whom he was pleased to bring to a knowledge of himself, not based upon any merit shown by the object of his grace and not based upon his looking forward to discover who would "accept" the offer of the gospel. God has elected, based solely upon the counsel of his own will, some for glory and others for damnation. He has done this act before the foundations of the world. That everyone whom He ordained for Salvation He pre-destined (Ephesians 1:4-8), He enlightened to faith (Acts 13:48), He called, He justified, and He glorified (Romans 8:29-30) in accordance to what He has planned before the foundation of the world (Lamentations 3:37-38, Ephesians 1:11). Definite Atonement
• The Death of Christ is Unlimited in its value – it was for all men; but the death of Christ is Effective only for the Elect – it is applied only to those who believe (John 1:12, John 3:16; 2 Peter 2:1; 2 Cor 5:19; 1 John 2:2)
• Forgiveness through Christ atoning sacrifice is not limited to a particular group only; it has worldwide application (John 1:29). It must, however, be received by faith (John 3:16). So, we do not teach Universalism (that all people ultimately be saved). Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and to give his life as a ransom to many (Matthew 20:28; Mark 10:45). Irresistible Grace
