Pinaagi ni Kons. Kimson " Idol Turagsoy" Castaรฑares, nipadayag sa ilang supporta sila Mayor Patrick Paras Barcenas ug Vice-Mayor Atty. Perkins De Dios para sa padayong renovasyon sa atong kapilya diri sa Barangay Liburon. Kini dako nga tabang para sa atong kapilya ug kanatong mga taga-Liburon.

Daghan pud kaayong salamat sa mga tao nga nipadayag sa ilang tabang pinansyal para sa atong proyekto sa kapilya nga mao ang pagpanindot niini.

Following the feast of Birhen de Los Remedios, the patron saint of Liburon's youth, they generously extended their blessings to the active youth and residents of Barangay Liburon.

Miabot na ang atong mahal nga imahen ni Santa Catalina de Alejandria sa atong kapilya, San Vicente Ferrer - Zone 9, karong adlawa. Mainiton kining gisugat ug gidawat sa atong mga nagkadaiyang opisyales ug mga miyembro sa matag kapilya sa tibuok Liburon, barangay officials pinanguluhan ni Kap. Alma Rentillosa, Barangay Health Workers, LUPON members, tanod ug barangay staffs, mga estudyante sa Liburon Day Care, ug mga lumulupyo sa atong zona.

Pag-abot sa imahen, gisugdan kini og teach-in o catechesis pinangulohan ni Ma'am Marites Barcenas. Tulo ka adlaw kining magpabilin sa atong zona, kung diin magahimo kita og novena matag alas-7 sa gabii, ug tapuson kini sa ikatulong adlaw pinaagi sa Santos nga Misa.

Ug karong umaabot Oktubre 19, 2024, ato napud kining ihatod sa Barangay Poblacion III, sa kapilya ni San Vicente Ferrer, Zone 3.

The District Youth Day on June 15, 2024, featured an enriching immersion experience in Barangay Liburon, about the traditional craft of Tsinelas making. The delegates were warmly welcomed by the Handuraw Performing Arts with the Tsinelas Festival Cultural Dance.

The highlight of the event was a detailed presentation on the shoemaking process by Kuya Dante, an experienced shoemaker or "Manglagdukay," and the uncle of the owner of DarenKate footwear.

Special thanks to DarenKate Footwear and The South/DMC Distribution represented by Mr. Charles Navarro for providing seven pairs of slippers as souvenirs for the selected delegates.
