Really?

So you’re telling me one meal a week is enough to keep you alive?

You attend church once a week, but you ignore God six days after, and you call that relationship? That’s not devotion. That’s convenience.

Sunday worship is not a substitute for daily surrender. It’s a gathering, not your entire walk. You can sit in a church and still be spiritually starving.

You don’t grow by hearing the Word once a week. You grow by living it every single day.

Joshua 1:8 says to meditate on the Word day and night, not once a week when it’s comfortable.

Matthew 4:4 says, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.”
Not weekly. Daily.

Let’s be honest, this mindset is not hunger for God. It’s laziness dressed as religion.

You don’t skip devotion because you’re busy. You skip it because God is not your priority.

And that’s dangerous.

Because the moment you stop feeding your spirit daily, your flesh starts taking over quietly… slowly… completely.

Church attendance doesn’t replace intimacy with God.
It exposes whether you even have it.

If your only connection with God is on Sunday, then you don’t have a relationship, you have a schedule.

And God is not looking for weekly visitors.
He is looking for daily seekers.

So ask yourself again,
Is God just part of your routine… or the center of your life?

Sometimes you wonder if it’s just you, if the dream is too big, too far, too impossible. But here’s the truth: God doesn’t plant something in your heart without purpose. If it’s there, it’s not random. It’s intentional.

That dream you keep thinking about? The one that won’t leave no matter how many times you doubt yourself? That’s not an accident. That’s a calling being whispered to your spirit.

There will be days when it feels slow. Days when fear gets loud. Days when nothing seems to be working. But don’t mistake delay for denial. God is not teasing you with a dream, He’s preparing you for it.

Keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep moving, even if it’s just one small step at a time.

Because if God put that dream in your heart, He already made a way for it to be fulfilled, you just have to trust Him enough to walk it out. ✨

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11
