𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝐂𝐇𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄
𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝟯:𝟭–𝟰

There is a difference between knowing Christ and making Christ the center of your life. Being a follower of Jesus is not only about coming to Him when we have problems, it is about choosing Him every day, in every situation.

When Christ is your life, He becomes the center of everything. He changes the way we see life, gives us strength when we are weak, and gives us hope even in difficult seasons. Our past no longer defines us because in Christ, we are made new.

When Christ is truly at the center of our life, we no longer live for ourselves. We learn to trust Him with our plans, serve Him every day and depend on His strength. Even in times of trouble, we can still say, “Our God is good.” Our circumstances may change, but our God never changes. He remains our refuge, our strength, and our hope.

So today, ask yourself:
Who is the center of your life?
Who controls your decisions?
Can people see Christ through your life?

We welcomed our newest members of the 𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐋𝐔𝐉𝐀𝐇 𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐈𝐑 with a joyful time of fellowship, laughter, music, and memories! From singing and practicing together, to fun games, endless laughter, and of course, sharing BBQ and our favorite Filipino snacks—our fellowship was filled with moments worth singing about! 🎤✨

More than just learning harmonies and preparing songs, we’re grateful for the opportunity to grow together, serve together, and build a stronger bond as one choir family. Because behind every voice is a heart called to worship, and behind every song is a story of God’s grace. 🙏🎶

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐃 𝐈𝐒 𝐆𝐎𝐎𝐃
𝗡𝗮𝗵𝘂𝗺 𝟭:𝟭–𝟳

In a world filled with bad news, calamities, conflict, sickness, corruption, and uncertainty, it is easy to worry about what tomorrow may bring. But Nahum reminds us of a powerful truth: “The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble.”

Even when life does not go according to our expectations, God remains good. He has never abandoned us. He knows us, He knows what we are going through, and He knows what we need. When troubles come, we can run to Him because He is our safe place, our confidence, and our security.

Ang Ginoo maayo ug kasaligan sa panahon sa kasamok ug kalisdanan. We may not know what tomorrow holds, but we know the One who holds tomorrow. So whatever battle you are facing today, trust God and remember that the battle belongs to Him.

𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐨𝐲
𝗭𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗵 𝟯:𝟭𝟰–𝟭𝟳

Sometimes, God’s warnings may feel uncomfortable, but they are reminders of how much He loves and cares for us. He exposes our spiritual complacency not to push us away, but to lead us back to Him. His warnings are an invitation to repent, draw closer, and return to His presence.

Even in the middle of overwhelming situations, God is with us, and God is for us. His presence comforts us, and His power carries us. He saves, restores, and reminds us that He delights in His people. So let us repent, receive His salvation, and rejoice in His love—because the God who warns us is also the God who saves us and rejoices over us.

𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒏, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝑵𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒔𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒏
(𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝟯𝟴:𝟯𝟲𝗮)

Have you ever felt forgotten by the people you expected to remember you? Tamar’s story reminds us that even when people fail to see us, God never does. Genesis 38 is placed right in the middle of Joseph’s story, showing us that while Joseph was experiencing betrayal and suffering, Tamar was also facing loss, disappointment, injustice, and broken promises. At first, her story may seem like an interruption, but it reminds us of something important: God can work in different stories at the same time. While we see others moving forward or being blessed, we may feel like we are being left behind. But God has not forgotten us. He sees beyond our circumstances and knows our whole journey. He sees every silent prayer, every act of faithfulness, and every pain that others may never notice. Our value does not come from being noticed by people; our value comes from being known and seen by God.

But knowing that God sees us does not mean that everything will immediately change. Sometimes, God’s hardest room is the waiting room. In those seasons, we are invited to trust Him even when we do not understand what He is doing. People may fail us, but God remains faithful. And as Tamar’s story continues, we also see that God can redeem what sin and brokenness have damaged. Redemption does not erase the past; it gives the past a different ending. Tamar’s story reminds us that our mistakes, pain, and difficult seasons do not have the final word. When there is genuine repentance, there is grace, restoration, and hope. What once looked like a tragedy can become part of a testimony that points others to God’s goodness. If God could bring the Savior through a broken story like Genesis 38, He can certainly bring hope through our brokenness. Whatever season you are in today, remember: 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝗘𝗘𝗦. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗘𝗠𝗦.

Eternity is real, and none of us knows what tomorrow will bring. Our life on earth is temporary, but our eternal destination is forever. That is why we are called to stay alert, and be ready. The choices we make today matter because they shape where we will spend eternity.

Heaven is a place of eternal joy in the presence of Jesus, while hell is a place of eternal separation from God. We cannot wait until tomorrow to make things right with Him. Salvation is a decision we must make today. Through Jesus Christ, we can have eternal life, not because of our good works, but because of God’s grace through faith.

So, ask yourself: If something happened to you today, are you ready? Do you know where you are going? Are you truly prepared for eternity?

𝑭𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝑫𝒂𝒚 2026

Today was a wonderful day filled with laughter, exciting games, delicious food, swimming, and precious moments together! Everyone enjoyed the day, and we are grateful for the opportunity to step away from our busy lives and simply spend quality time with one another.

Our family is truly a God-given gift, a blessing that reminds us of His love, goodness, and faithfulness. We may not always have perfect days, but having one another makes every moment more meaningful. Today, we celebrate not only Family Day but also the beautiful gift of family that God has entrusted to us. Thank You, Lord, for the love, joy, and memories we share as a family.

In a generation filled with technology, social media, entertainment, and countless voices competing for our children’s attention, we are reminded of an important question: Who is raising our children? Every day, our children are learning from what they see, hear, and experience from parents, teachers, friends, the internet, and the world around them. But God has given parents the responsibility to faithfully guide their children in His ways. Discipline begins at home, and raising children means more than correcting their mistakes; it means teaching, guiding, and shaping their character through love, patience, and godly example. Our children need parents who will not only tell them what is right but will also live out what they teach.

Children, too, have a God-given responsibility to obey and honor their parents, just as Ephesians 6:1 reminds us. In a distracted generation, the internet should remain a tool and never become the teacher, and when children make mistakes, families should always point them back to God and His Word.

“Bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.” — Ephesians 6:4

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲!

Today, we celebrate the precious children God has entrusted to our care. They remind us of the beauty of a simple faith, a joyful heart, and a love that is genuine. As Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me” (Matthew 19:14). May we continue to guide, teach, and nurture them in the ways of the Lord, helping them grow in faith, wisdom, and love.

May our children know that they are deeply loved, not only by their families and church, but most importantly, by God. May they grow to become a generation that knows His Word, follows His ways, and boldly shines His light wherever they go.
