From the first day of registration to our graduation celebration, Camp Firelight DVBS 2026 has been a wonderful journey filled with faith, fun, friendship, and unforgettable memories. As we look back on these five amazing days, our hearts are filled with gratitude for all that God has done in the lives of our campers.

This video compilation captures the laughter, songs, dances, games, Bible lessons, crafts, and special moments that made Camp Firelight such a meaningful experience. More than the activities, we celebrate the spiritual growth of every camper as they learned to trust God when they are afraid, trust Him to lead the way, trust Him to share wisdom, and trust Him to give peace.

Thank you to our campers, parents, Firelight Guides, volunteers, church workers, and everyone who helped make this year's DVBS a success. Your love, dedication, and support made this week truly special.

𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
(2 𝘊𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘴 13:5-10)

How certain are we about our salvation, and what do we base that confidence on? This is a question that challenges every believer to examine not just what we say we believe, but how we truly live. Many assume they are already saved, yet salvation is not something to be taken lightly or assumed without reflection. It is rooted in a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ, where faith is not only spoken but lived out. True salvation is anchored in God’s grace, received through faith, and centered on Christ alone, not on human effort, good works, or personal righteousness.

Salvation is experienced in three beautiful dimensions: we have been justified, meaning we are forgiven and declared righteous before God; we are being sanctified, meaning God is continually transforming us day by day as we grow in holiness and overcome the power of sin; and we will be glorified, where one day we will be completely free from the presence of sin. This reminds us that salvation is both a finished work and an ongoing journey in Christ. Because of God’s grace and our faith in Jesus, we are no longer condemned but made new, living in the assurance that our salvation is secure in Him alone.

A blessed and memorable day as we celebrate the 𝑷𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇 𝑷𝒕𝒓𝒂. 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒂 𝑱𝒐𝒚 𝑩. 𝑹𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒐𝒓𝒂.

Originally scheduled to take place on May 22, 2026, at CCFI Roxas City, the commissioning was postponed due to health considerations. Yet, in God's perfect timing and faithfulness, this special occasion was joyfully held today, June 7, 2026, at CCFI Visares.

We thank the Lord for His sustaining grace and for His continued call upon Ptra. Joy's life and ministry. May God empower her with wisdom, strength, and compassion as she faithfully serves His people and advances His kingdom.

"Be shepherds of God's flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock." — 1 Peter 5:2–3

With grateful hearts, we celebrate the successful conclusion of Camp Firelight DVBS 2026! What began as a week of excitement and adventure has become a journey of faith, learning, and spiritual growth for our campers.

During our Graduation Program, the campers proudly presented what they had learned throughout the week through songs, memory verses, performances, and special presentations. It was a joy to witness their enthusiasm and confidence as they shared the lessons God had taught them through His Word.

Throughout Camp Firelight, our campers learned to trust God in every circumstance—trusting Him when they are afraid, trusting Him to lead the way, trusting Him to share wisdom, and trusting Him to give peace. We pray that these lessons will remain in their hearts long after camp has ended and that they will continue to walk faithfully with the Lord each day.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our campers, parents, Firelight Guides, volunteers, church workers, and everyone who helped make this year's DVBS a meaningful and memorable experience. Your love, prayers, and support made Camp Firelight possible.

As we close this chapter, we thank God for every life touched, every lesson learned, and every friendship formed. May the light of Christ continue to shine brightly in the hearts of our campers wherever they go.

𝑪𝑨𝑴𝑷 𝑭𝑰𝑹𝑬𝑳𝑰𝑮𝑯𝑻 𝑫𝑽𝑩𝑺 2026 – 𝑫𝑨𝒀 4 🏕️🔥

What a blessed and exciting Day 4 at Camp Firelight! Our campers once again enjoyed a day filled with worship, singing, dancing, games, crafts, and Bible learning. It has been wonderful to see the children actively participating and growing in their faith as they continue this journey with us.

Today's lesson, "𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙂𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙐𝙨 𝙋𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙚!", reminded us that no matter what challenges, fears, or uncertainties we may face, God is always with us. Through the Bible story "Jesus Calms the Storm," our campers learned that Jesus has power over every storm in our lives. Just as He brought peace in the midst of a raging storm, He can also bring peace to our hearts when we are worried, afraid, or troubled.

In a world that often feels uncertain, we are grateful that God's peace is not based on our circumstances but on His presence. We pray that our campers will remember that whenever they face difficulties, they can turn to Jesus, trust Him completely, and experience the peace that only He can give.

Another exciting day has been completed at Camp Firelight! It has been a joy to see the children actively participate, make new friends, and grow in their understanding of God's Word.

Today's lesson, "𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙒𝙞𝙨𝙙𝙤𝙢!", reminded us that true wisdom comes from God. Through the Bible story "Young Jesus Shares Wisdom," our campers learned that Jesus demonstrated remarkable wisdom even at a young age. His example teaches us the importance of seeking God's wisdom, listening to His Word, and sharing the knowledge and truth He gives us with others.

As we reflect on today's lesson, we pray that our campers will continue to grow not only in knowledge but also in wisdom, allowing God's truth to guide their words, decisions, and actions each day. May they be encouraged to learn from God and confidently share His love and truth with those around them.

Another exciting day has come to an end at Camp Firelight! Our campers enjoyed a day full of worship, singing, dancing, games, crafts, and Bible learning as we continued our journey of growing in faith together.

Today's lesson, "𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙒𝙖𝙮!", taught us that even when we do not know what lies ahead, we can trust God to guide our steps. Through the Bible story "Ruth Chooses to Go," our campers learned about the faithfulness of Ruth and how her trust in God helped her move forward with courage. Ruth did not know exactly what would happen, but she chose to trust and move forward. In the same way, God calls us to follow Him with faith, knowing that His plans are always good and that He will lead us in the right direction.

We thank God for another wonderful day of learning, laughter, and fellowship. May our campers continue to remember that when they face new challenges, make important decisions, or walk through unfamiliar paths, they can always trust God to lead the way.

On this special day, we thank God for your life, leadership, and faithful service to His Kingdom. Your dedication, wisdom, and passion for the work of the Lord continue to inspire and strengthen countless lives.

𝑪𝑨𝑴𝑷 𝑭𝑰𝑹𝑬𝑳𝑰𝑮𝑯𝑻 𝑫𝑽𝑩𝑺 2026 – 𝑫𝒂𝒚 1 🏕️🔥

What an amazing start to our Daily Vacation Bible School (DVBS)! Today was filled with smiles, laughter, singing, dancing, games, and meaningful lessons as we welcomed our campers to Camp Firelight. We were so happy and excited to see the children once again and spend the day learning, growing, and having fun together in God's presence.

Our theme verse for this year is 𝙋𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙢 56:3, "𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙖𝙛𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙙, 𝙄 𝙥𝙪𝙩 𝙢𝙮 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙔𝙤𝙪." Throughout our first day, the children were reminded that fear is something everyone experiences, but God invites us to trust Him in every situation. Just as a campfire provides light in the darkness, God's presence gives us courage, guidance, and hope when we face things that make us afraid. We want every child to know that they can always run to God and place their trust in Him.

Thank you to all our campers and Firelight guides who made Day 1 a wonderful beginning. We praise God for the opportunity to learn His Word together and can't wait for more adventures, lessons, and memories at Camp Firelight!

We live in a world where uncertainty seems to surround us every day. News of conflicts, disasters, economic struggles, and personal challenges can leave us feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Like Noah’s generation, we find ourselves in a world that often feels unstable and beyond our control. In moments like these, our natural response is to take the wheel, solve every problem, and secure our own future. Yet God reminds us that true peace is not found in controlling every circumstance, but in trusting Him through every storm.

The story of Noah teaches us a powerful lesson about faith. The ark was built without a steering wheel, rudder, or sail—it was never meant to be steered by Noah but carried by God. In the same way, there are seasons in life when we cannot see the way forward, and all we can do is trust the One who does. When the waters rise and life feels uncertain, God remains faithful. He guides, protects, and leads His people according to His perfect plan. Learn how to let go of fear, surrender our need for control, and place our confidence in the God who never fails.�
