28]Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. [30] For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light
What is rest?
- order to relax, regain strength ang energy
In Biblical meaning
- when we spend time IN God's presence praying or reflecting on his Words.

types of rest we need
1. daily y rest - daily sleep pattern.
2. weekly rest - always remember the 7th day of the week "SUNDAY" . (Exodus 20:11)
3. God's rest - a rest that only those who accepted Jesus as personal savior will receive .

IT'S IMPORTANT THAT WE ENTER GOD'S REST BECAUSE THIS GIVES US SPIRITUAL ASSURANCE OF OUR SALVATION .

how do you rest?
STEPS ON HOW TO REST IN GOD'S PRESENCE
1.Redirect your mind from worry to prayer.
(Philippians 4:6-7) "Don't worry instead,pray about it"
2. Evaluate your work. (Ecclesiastes 7:14) "Be happy"
3. Spend quality time with the Lord. (Matt.11:28-30)
4. Trust God continually (Joshua 21:45) "Fulifilled promise of God" .
Trust His timing (Ecclesiastes 3:1) "There is a time for everything .
(Ecclesiastes 1:11) "He has made beautiful in it's time".

Always Remember
ITS OK TO PAUSE , BREATH , AND HAVE A Break.
