2 years ago, I was only 3 weeks away from my first adventure to Rehoboth Children's Home, Inc!

It's only 3 weeks until Jonno and I start the 6,700 mile trip to the Philippines' capital, Manila, before heading up to Rehoboth Children's Home, Inc

New Recipe: Giniling - Tomato Ground Pork

Giniling is a staple food in the Philippines, using ground meat and vegetables; usually served with rice. It's minimalist combination of ingredients, pull together to create a simple yet flavourful dish - add raisins and green beans to add colour and sweetness!

Thank you everyone for everything you’ve donated for Rehoboth! I’ve spent my first full day catching up with the staff and children, meeting the new editions to the home, gardening, and most importantly trying not to fall asleep after the 23 hours travel and jet lag!
