One of the purpose of The Book of Mormon is to restore the true knowledge of the essential role of Jesus Christ in the Salvation and Exaltation of mankind.

Written by way of commandment, and also by the spirit of prophecy and of revelation, the book brings men to Christ and receive the fulness of the everlasting Gospel.

It supports the truths found in the Bible, both Old and New Testament.

𝙏𝙃𝙀 Rootcrops and Research Training Center (RRTC) was spiritually-filled as the Latter-Day Saints Student Association (LDSSA) institute classes began, August 28.

Bishop Andy Dela Cruz led the discussion with a focus on Jesus Christ and His Everlasting Gospel course, also testifies that through Him (Jesus Christ) and by Him, we can return to Heavenly Father's presence

Some of the students then exchanged testimonies, and expressed their insights.

𝗡𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗼𝗻, 𝗥. 𝗠. (𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟰, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿). 𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜?

𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥-𝗗𝗔𝗬 Saints Student Association (LDSSA), an organization of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), carried out its Meet and Greet Activity on the 18th of August, 2025.

Said event was attended by students from across the 6 colleges of TAU, allowing themselves to absorb religious studies alongside their academics.

Mrs. Riza M. Tablarin, from Aguilar Stake and current LDSSA adviser, engaged students and encouraged their participation in the church's program to be spiritually guided. Alternately, Bishop Ken Noprada of Camiling Stake, provided an overview of the key points for the upcoming institute classes.

The gathering concluded with a delightful introduction of the officers, led by President Marc Anthony R. Zambrano, then the congregration gathered for lunch.

𝗔𝗦 part of our beloved Tarlac Agricultural University's initiative of reducing the use of plastic waste, everyone are encouraged to bring their own drinking tumblers.

Through this, brothers and sisters, we help TAU in maintaining a clean and green environment for all.

𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵, 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀, & 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: 𝗟𝗗𝗦𝗦𝗔 𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗔𝗨

𝗢𝗡 the morning of August 15, the Latter-Day Saints Student Association (LDSSA), led by its president, Marc Anthony R. Zambrano, set up a welcoming booth for new and returning students at Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) - positioned in front of the Gilberto O. Teodoro (GOT) Gymnasium, offering bookmarks and flyers.

The flyers provided information regarding LDSSA's mission, while the bookmarks featured excerpts from General Conference talks to help guide students throughout their college journey.

𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥 the supervision of one of its advisers, Mrs. Rizalina Tablarin, the Latter-Day Saints Student Association (LDSSA) reorganized — a process led by outgoing president Francis Niel Buluran, August 14.

During the session, officer responsibilities were clearly defined, and Marc Anthony R. Zambrano of the College of Arts and Sciences was named the new president.

With new leadership in place, the LDSSA is an organization to watch this academic year. Details about upcoming activities will be posted soon!

𝑨 𝑮𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒂 𝑺𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒊𝒕-𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓!

Today, we had a wonderful "Meet and Greet" with our new Institute teachers at the Rootcrops Research and Training Center! It was a blessing to hear their testimonies and learn more about the courses they will teach this semester. We were also uplifted by the inspiring message of President Noel Batac and the testimonies shared by our fellow students.

Institute is a place where we strengthen our faith, build friendships, and grow spiritually. We’re excited for this new semester and the many lessons we will learn together!
