Today is a day of thanksgiving and great joy. We praise God for the beautiful gift of your Priestly Ordination and for the life you have generously offered in service to Him and His Church.
Looking back, we cannot help but smile at how God has been working through you even before you became a priest. As a seminarian and later as a deacon, you were already touching the hearts of many here in Camalig. You never simply stood before us to teach but you walked with us. Through your homilies, your quiet acts of service, your patience, and your joyful spirit, you reminded us that faith is not only something we profess but something we live every day.
You inspired many of us to pray more deeply, to serve more faithfully, and to trust God even when life became difficult. Your presence brought hope, encouragement, and joy to our parish family. Because of your witness, many hearts were strengthened, and many lives were drawn closer to Christ.
"Take heart, it is I; do not be afraid."

Today, as you begin your priestly ministry, we thank God for your courageous "yes." May He continue to guide you as you celebrate the Holy Eucharist, proclaim His Word, and shepherd His people with the same humility, compassion, and love that we have always known in you.
Thank you for allowing God to use your life as an instrument of His grace. Know that your family here in Camalig rejoices with you and will continue to pray for you every step of the way.
