Ang Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord ay paalala na si Hesus ay hindi lamang muling nabuhay — Siya ay umakyat sa langit upang maghari kasama ng Ama.

Ngunit bago Siya umakyat, iniwan Niya sa atin ang isang mahalagang misyon: ipalaganap ang Mabuting Balita at maging saksi ng Kanyang pagmamahal sa mundo.

Ang pag-akyat ng Panginoon ay hindi "pamamaalam," kundi simula ng mas malalim na presensya Niya sa ating buhay. Kahit hindi natin Siya nakikita, nananatili Siyang kasama natin sa panalangin, sa Eukaristiya, at sa bawat gawa ng pagmamahal at paglilingkod.

Sa gitna ng ating mga problema, takot, at pagsubok, ang Ascension ay nagbibigay ng pag-asa: na may lugar tayong inihahanda ng Diyos sa Kanyang kaharian.

Tinatawag din tayo ni Kristo na huwag lamang tumingin sa langit, kundi kumilos dito sa lupa bilang ilaw at asin ng sanlibutan.

A sacred night that began at 10:00 PM 🕯️🙏

We, the youth, gathered for a Taizé Prayer filled with the Word of God, sharing of reflections, confession, and moments of deep silence before the Lord. In the stillness of the night, hearts were opened, emotions overflowed, and tears became prayers offered to God. 🤍

In the quiet, we encountered His presence—bringing peace, healing, and renewed faith to every young heart present. ✨

After our video shoot for the dance animation in celebration of the Feast of Saint John the Baptist, we gathered together for the Flores de Mayo to offer prayers and flowers to Mama Mary 🌸🙏

We also took a special moment to pray for and celebrate the birthday of one of our fellow youth, Winwyn Agustin, and joyfully sang for her as a simple expression of love, gratitude, and community. 🎂🎶

A beautiful evening filled with faith, unity, service, and joy with the youth of our chapel.

MAY 15 | FEAST OF SAN ISIDRO LABRADOR

Today, the Church celebrates the feast of Saint Isidore the Farmer—a humble farmer whose life reminds us that holiness can be found in the ordinary. Known for his deep faith, he would often pause from his work to pray, trusting God to provide—and tradition tells us that angels themselves helped him in the fields.

San Isidro teaches us that no work is too small when offered to God. In the quiet rhythm of daily labor, in simplicity and sincerity, we can grow in faith and grace. He is a powerful reminder, especially for farmers and workers, that God sees every effort and blesses every act done with love.

May his life inspire us to remain faithful in our duties, prayerful in our hearts, and generous in serving others. 🙏
