✨ BECOMING JUST LIKE JESUS ✨

“The one who says he remains in Him should walk just as He walked.” — 1 John 2:6

Knowing Jesus is more than simply making a claim—it is allowing His life to be seen through ours. The more we truly know Him, the more our lives should begin to look like His. ❤️

So, how do we know if we are BECOMING LIKE JESUS?

🌿 1. Our claim must be reflected in our CHARACTER
Our words about knowing Jesus should be evident in the way we live. (v. 4)

🤍 2. Our love for Him must be proven by our OBEDIENCE
Love for Jesus is not merely spoken—it is demonstrated by following His commands. (v. 5)

👣 3. Our confidence must be found in our COMMUNION
As we walk closely with Jesus, our lives naturally begin to reflect His heart and His ways. (v. 6)

We need Jesus to make us more like Jesus.
May our walk with Him transform not only what we say, but also who we are. 🙏

CHOSEN KEEPERS 🐑❤️

God doesn't simply call us to lead—He entrusts us with lives that are precious to Him.

From Acts 20:28, we are reminded that a faithful shepherd first guards their own heart, then faithfully cares for God's people. Shepherding isn't about position or recognition; it's about living a life that reflects Christ's love, embraces His calling, and never forgets the immeasurable price He paid for His flock.

May this message encourage us to:
• Watch ourselves first.
• Show genuine care for God's people.
• Honor the calling God has entrusted to us.
• Remember the great price Jesus paid for every soul.

Whether you are leading many or simply caring for one, faithfulness begins with a heart surrendered to the Good Shepherd.

SHEPHERD-LEADERSHIP

Last Sunday, we were reminded that shepherding God's flock is more than fulfilling a role—it is embracing the responsibility to lead in a way that reflects the heart of Christ.

As shepherd-leaders, God calls us to cultivate:
🤍 An Upright Character that honours Him in every season.
🙌 A Competent Hand that faithfully serves His people with wisdom and excellence.
❤️ A Willing Heart to Lead that joyfully accepts the responsibility of caring for His flock.

May this message continue to challenge us to lead not for recognition, but out of love for God and His people. May our lives reflect the integrity of our hearts, the faithfulness of our service, and the compassion of the Good Shepherd.

"So he shepherded them according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them by the skillfulness of his hands." — Psalm 78:72

REFLECTING THE GOOD SHEPHERD'S HEART

Last Sunday, Bro. Victor reminded us that the way we shepherd God's flock should reflect the very heart of the Good Shepherd.

Jesus values every sheep, relentlessly pursues the lost, carries the weak with compassion, and rejoices over every life restored. As His followers, we are called to reflect that same love in the way we care for others.

May these truths continue to shape our hearts:
❤️ A heart that values every sheep.
❤️ A heart that never gives up on the lost.
❤️ A heart that carries the weak.
❤️ A heart that rejoices in restored lives.

May we continue to shepherd others with the same grace, compassion, and love that our Good Shepherd has shown us.

🌿 New Theme for the Month: Shepherding God's Flock

This Sunday, Bro. Aerian Rosel reminded us that shepherding God's flock means:

• Making people's brokenness a priority.
• Standing between them and the dangers that seek to destroy them.
• Caring for, feeding, and loving them through their messiest moments.
• Reflecting the sacrificial love and care of Jesus for His Church.

Shepherding God's Flock begins when...

❤️ We love Christ above all else.
🤝 Our love for Christ overflows into caring for His people.
✝️ We remember that the flock belongs to Christ—not to us.

May we become shepherds who lead with Christlike love, humility, and faithfulness.
