โSa loob ng iglesia, hindi lang pastor ang may responsibilidad sa mga miyembro โ ang bawat miyembro rin ay may tungkulin sa kanilang pastor.

โAng pastor ay itinalaga ng Diyos bilang shepherd ng Kanyang flock. Kaya ang malusog, matibay, at nagkakaisang church ay nabubuo kapag parehong ginagampanan ng pastor at members ang kanilang God-given responsibilities.

โAng relasyon ng pastor at church members ay partnership na itinalaga ng Diyos. Kapag gampanan ng bawat isa ang kanilang responsibilidad, magiging matatag, united, at effective ang iglesia sa gawain ng Panginoon.

โโข Sinusuportahan ko ba ang aking pastor o dinadagdagan ko ang kaniyang burden?
โโข Regular ko ba siyang ipinapanalangin?
โโข Ako ba ay nakakatulong o nagiging hadlang sa ministry?
