*Solomon concluded that all is vanity
- Wisdom cares for the soul

*Revival doesn’t take place on self-centeredness
*Many focus on the gift and not on the Giver

Experiencing Life to the Fullest
Experiential Relationship with Jesus not just knowing him

⁃ Paul write the book of Ephesians when he was in prison and his prayer was for Christians to know God more deeply vv. 15-16
⁃ V17 - “so that you may know him better”

*Our hearts were designed to long for God, and only Jesus can fill that empty place in our hearts

*When we have deeper understanding God of God we invest on things of eternal value, these are:
1. God - relationship for eternity
2. Bible - read, invest more time to read the Word of God and this is till eternity
3. God’s Kingdom- building God’s Kingdom, investing on it that has eternal value
4. Human Soul - invest on the souls of our family, friends, neighbors, Because this is eternal

V. 18. - “I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people”

*Knowing God produces hope for eternity
• A hopeful person reconciles with God because we are for Eternity
• Abiding in God is the key to experience Revival

V. 19-21 “and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.”

⁃ Our Sacrifices for the Lord are not in vain
⁃ Discouragements and Dismays will come along the way but with deep relationship with God we are “Over-comers” the power of Christ in us
⁃ Let’s Grow Deeper in Christ
⁃ Knowing God produces confidence in God’s reign

V. 22-23 “And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills everything in every way.”

Application:
⁃ Be intentional in growing deeper with God - read God’s Word
⁃ Pray day after day, pray without ceasing
⁃ Attend Bible Studies - be intentional to grow deeply with God
*When we grow deeper we will naturally be fruitful for God

• Maraming relasyon at pamilya ang nakakawatak-watak at nasisira dahil sa pride.

• Ngunit si Hesus ang pinakamagandang halimbawa ng pagpapakumbaba.

• Ang isang puno na puno ng bunga ay nakayuko, ang mga pinagpapala ay nakayuko at nagpapakumbaba.

• Huwag laging ipilit na ikaw ang tama sa mga pagtatalo.
• Magpakumbaba at matutong humingi ng tawad.
• Matutong tumanggap ng pagkakamali.
• Ang pagpapakumbaba ay tanda ng espiritwal na kalakasan.

• Dapat maging mahinahon

"...at matuto kayo sa akin sapagkat ako'y maamo at may mababang loob. Makakatagpo kayo sa akin ng kapahingahan" (Mateo 11:29)

• Maging disiplinado

• Kapay may nagalit > Huwag agad sumagot > Manalangin muna > Mag-isip bago magsalita. > Maraming nasasaktan dahil sa mga salitang nasasabi kapag tayo ay galit.

• Love your neighbor as you love yourself.

• Kapag may nakasakit, matutong magpatawad. Huwag magkimkim ng galit. Ipanalangin ang taong nakasakit sa iyo. Ang pagmamahal ay nasusukat hindi kapag madali, kundi kapag mahirap.

• Ang Diyos ay Diyos ng pagkakaisa
• We are United as One in Christ

• Katulad ng walis tingting, kapag sama-sama tayong naglilingkod sa Panginoon, magiging malakas tayo.

• Iwasan ang chismis at pagpapalaganap ng alitan. Magpalakasan ng loob at magtulungan.
• Manalangin sa bawat isa

• Marami tayong pagkakaparepareho kaysa pagkakaiba.

• Mayroon tayong: Isang Katawan. Isang Espiritu. Isang Pag-asa. Isang Panginoon. Isang pananampalataya. Isang bautismo. Isang Diyos at Ama ng lahat.

• Magkaiba man tayo ng personalidad, kapag si Kristo ang sentro, magiging maganda ang patotoo ng Iglesiya. Sa halip na pagkakamali ang hanapin, hanapin ang kabutihan.
