(What We Believe?)
In essential beliefs – we have UNITY. (Ephesians 4: 4-6)
In non-essential beliefs – we have LIBERTY. (Romans 14: 1, 4, 12, 22)
In all our beliefs – we show CHARITY. (1Corinthians 13: 2)

“THE ESSENTIALS WE BELIEVE”
THE FOUNDATIONS OF OUR FAITH:
1. ABOUT GOD (Our Creator And Heavenly Father)
We believe in one triune God, eternally existing in Three Persons -- Father, Son, and Holy Spirit -- co-eternal in being, co-identical in nature, co-equal in power and glory, and having the same attributes and perfections. (Deut 6:4; Matt. 28: 19; 2 Cor. 13:14).
2. ABOUT JESUS CHRIST (Our Redeemer And Example)
We believe that the eternal Son of God became man, without ceasing to be God, having been conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, in order that He, the Lord Jesus Christ, might reveal God and redeem sinful men (John 1:1, 2, 14; Luke 1:35). We believe that He accomplished our redemption through His death on the cross as a representative, vicarious, substitutionary sacrifice; and that our justification is made sure by His literal, physical resurrection from the dead (Rom 3:24-25; 1 Pet 1:3-5). We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ ascended to heaven, and is now exalted at the right hand of God, where, as our High Priest, He fulfills the ministry of Representative, Intercessor, and Advocate. (Acts 1:9, 10; Heb 7:25; 9:24; Rom 8:34; 1 John 2:1, 2).
3. ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT (Our Advocate And Guide)
We believe that the Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity, though omnipresent from all eternity, took up His abode in the world in a special sense on the day of Pentecost according to the divine promise, dwells in every believer, and by His baptism, which occurs at conversion, unites all believers to Christ in one body, and that He, as the indwelling One, is the source of all power and all acceptable worship and service. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. (John 14:16, 17; 16:7-15; 1 Cor. 6:19; Eph 2:22)
4. ABOUT THE BIBLE (Our Guide To Christian Life)
We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the verbally inspired Word of God, the final authority for faith and life, without error in the original writings, infallible, and God-breathed. (2 Tim 3:16, 17; Matt 5:18; 2 Pet 1:20-21; John 16:12, 13)
5. ABOUT MAN (Our Condition)
We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God, but that in Adam's sin the race fell, inherited a sinful nature, and became alienated from God; and that man is totally depraved and thus of himself utterly unable to remedy His lost condition
(Gen 1:26, 27; Eph 2:1-3; Rom 3:22, 23; 5:12).
6. ABOUT THE CHURCH (Our Place Of Service And Ministry)
We believe that the Church, which is the body and espoused bride of Christ, is a spiritual organism made up of born-again persons
(Eph 1:22, 23; 5:25-27; 1 Cor. 12:12-14; 2 Cor. 11:2). We believe that the establishment and continuance of local churches is clearly taught and defined in the New Testament Scriptures
(Acts 14:27; 20:17, 28-32; 1 Tim 3:1-13; *** 1:5-11).
7. ABOUT SALVATION (Our Hope And Reward)
We believe that salvation is by grace, a free gift of God apart from works. (Ephesians 2:8, 9; Titus 3:5-7; Romans 10:1-10)
We believe that it is absolutely necessary for man to come first to a knowledge of the essentials of the gospel before he can be saved. (Romans 1:16; 10:14,17; 1 Corinthians 15:1,2; Colossians 1: 5-7; 1 Timothy 2:3-7; Acts 20:21; 26:20; Hebrews 6:1; 1 Thessalonians 1: 9b)
We believe that it is absolutely essential for the Holy Spirit to bring a man to conviction of sin, to repentance, to faith and to rebirth in order to be saved. Being thus born again, he becomes a child of God and manifests a radically changed life that is no longer conformed to the world system but redirected to the things of the Spirit. (John 16:8-11; Acts 11:18; 13:48; 18:27; John 3:3-5; Ezekiel 36:26,27; 2 Corinthians 5:17; 1 Peter 1: 23)
We believe that the truly saved person can rejoice in the assurance and eternal security of his salvation through the testimony of God's Word, the witness of the Holy Spirit, and the exhibition of a Christ like character, such as righteousness, holiness, and love. (1 John 5:11, 12; Romans 8:16; 2 Peter 1:5-11)
We believe that a truly saved man - with God working in him to will and to act according to His good purpose will exert all effort to be holy and continue to persevere in doing so till death or until the Lord's return; for without holiness no one will see the Lord
(Hebrews 12:14; Philippians 2:12, 13; 2 Peter 1: 5-11)
THE EXPRESSIONS OF OUR FAITH:
8. MISSIONS (Our Call To Win The Lost)
We believe that it is the urgent obligation of the saved to witness by life and by word to the truths of the Holy Scripture and to proclaim the Gospel to all mankind, opposing all its substitutionary and veiled forms such as hyper faith/prosperity gospel, pragmatism, user-friendly concepts and liberal theological views. (Mark 16:16; Acts 1:8; 2 Corinthians 5:18-20; 1 Peter 2:9, 10; Matthew 28:18-20)
9. WATER BAPTISM AND LORD’S TABLE
(Our Commitment to God)
We believe that a maturing Christian lifestyle requires to be baptized in water and participate regularly in the Lord’s Table as expression of their faith in Jesus Christ. (Matthew 3: 11; Acts 2: 37-39; Romans 6: 4-14; Matthew 26: 17-27; 1 Corinthians 10: 14-22; 1 Corinthians 11: 17-33)
10. COMMUNITY LIFE (Our Practice Of God’s Love)
We believe that God established the church as a place where I can worship Him as part of a community of believers, learn His will and expectations for our life and express our love for Him by serving others. (Psalm 100; John 6: 65-69; 1 Corinthians 12: 12-27; Galatians 6: 7-10; Hebrews 6: 10)
11. CHRISTIAN WALK (Our Walk Of Holiness And Purity)
We believe that we are called with a holy calling, to walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit, and so to live in the power of the indwelling Spirit that we will not fulfill the lust of the flesh. But the flesh with its fallen, Adamic nature, which in this life is never eradicated, being with us to the end of our earthly pilgrimage, needs to be kept by the Spirit constantly in subjection to Christ, or it will surely manifest its presence in our lives to the dishonor of our Lord. (Rom. 6:11–13; 8:2, 4, 12–13; Gal. 5:16–23; Eph. 4:22–24; Col. 2:1–10; 1 Pet. 1:14–16; 1 John 1:4–7; 3:5–9)
12. HEALING (Our Provision For Divine Health)
We believe that divine healing, having been provided for by our heavenly Father through Jesus Christ’ death, is a scriptural reality we can seek for our life. (Mark 5: 24-34; Psalm 103: 3; Luke 17: 12-19; Acts 3: 3-9; Matthew 8: 5-13; Psalm 107: 20; Isaiah 53: 4, 5)
13. GRACE GIVING (Our Source Of God’s Abundant Grace)
We believe that the Bible explicitly teaches that we should not only give of ourselves to God but also of our substance. It is commanded by God for the purpose of the support of His work and the furtherance of the Gospel. The early believers also give us examples of how to exercise the same. Along with the command, God also promises to bless those who give. (Leviticus 27: 30; Malachi 3: 10; Proverbs 3: 9-10; 2 Corinthians 9: 6-15)

OUR CHURCH Lifestyle STATEMENT
What We Practice:
Beliefs are not worth much unless they are translated into actions. Based on what the Bible teaches, we feel very strongly about the following practices. (2 Timothy 4:5 NLT)
• Our Character: (SPIRIT-LED LIVING)
“You should keep a clear mind in every situation”
(John 15: 5; Philippians 4: 12-13; Romans 13: 13-14)
• Our Challenge: (COMMITMENT IN SERVICE FOR CHRIST)
“Don’t be afraid of suffering for the Lord”
(Colossians 1: 24; 1 Corinthians 4: 2; 2 Corinthians 4: 10-18; Acts 14: 22; 2 Timothy 4: 7-8; 1 Peter 4: 16-19)
• Our Commission: (MANDATE AS BELIEVER OF CHRIST)
“Work at bringing others to Christ”
(Acts 26: 18; Matthew 28: 19-20; 2 Corinthians 5: 11, 20)
• Our Calling: (DESIGNED FOR HIS WILL)
“Complete the ministry of God has given you”
(Philippians 2: 122-13; 1 Peter 2: 5, 9; Revelation 1: 5-6)

❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥Why Good Members Are Leaving the Church?❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Good members don’t leave the church angry. They leave distracted, discouraged, and slowly drained. The hurt does not happen overnight it happens when love is replaced by noise, when shepherding is replaced by systems, and when faith is buried under pressure, politics, and performance.

Distraction is subtle.
It pulls the church away from Christ and replaces devotion with division, compassion with comparison, and discipleship with demands.
When focus shifts from people to power, from souls to systems, and from the Gospel to gain, even faithful believers begin to wander—not because they stopped loving God, but because the church stopped reflecting Him.

❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥10 Problems the Church Must Confront Honestly❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Faithful people rarely leave the church because of doctrine alone.
They leave because love breaks down.
They leave because trust erodes.
They leave carrying wounds they never intended to collect.

‼️‼️1. Lack of Shepherding, Not Preaching

Some pastors are strong behind the pulpit but absent in people’s lives.
Sermons are powerful, but care is minimal.
When members face grief, depression, or crisis, they feel spiritually orphaned.
Sheep don’t leave churches—they leave when they feel abandoned by shepherds.
📖 John 10:11

‼️‼️2. Leadership Without Accountability

When pastors are untouchable, unquestioned, and uncorrectable, abuse of authority becomes possible.
Biblical leadership invites accountability; unhealthy leadership demands silence.
Good members leave when truth is suppressed to protect titles.
📖 Acts 20:28

‼️‼️3. Favoritism and Selective Attention

When leaders prioritize donors, influential families, or “useful” members, others feel disposable.
Faithful service is ignored while visibility is rewarded.
This creates quiet resentment and spiritual exhaustion.
📖 Acts 10:34

‼️‼️4. Pastors Who Value Money More Than People

When sermons revolve around offerings more than obedience, members feel exploited.
Giving becomes pressure, not worship.
The church begins to sound like a fundraiser instead of a fellowship.
People leave when finances replace faith.
📖 1 Timothy 6:10

‼️‼️5. Lack of Study and Shallow Teaching

Some leaders stop studying Scripture deeply and rely on recycled messages, emotions, or personal opinions.
Without sound doctrine, members grow confused and spiritually malnourished.
Ignorance in leadership produces instability in the church.
📖 2 Timothy 2:15

‼️‼️6. Holier-Than-Thou Mentality (Extreme Judgmentalism)

Some members see themselves as spiritually superior.
Grace is replaced with comparison.
Mercy is replaced with pride.
This atmosphere crushes struggling believers instead of restoring them.
📖 Luke 18:11–14

‼️‼️7. Groupings, Cliques, and Discrimination

Churches develop inner circles—based on status, background, or personality.
New believers, the poor, or the quiet are left out.
When the church feels like a social club, the body of Christ fractures.
📖 James 2:1

‼️‼️8. Gossip Masquerading as Spiritual Concern

Confidential struggles become public conversations.
Prayer requests become storytelling sessions.
Trust dies where tongues are uncontrolled.
📖 Proverbs 26:20

‼️‼️9. Lack of Compassion for the Broken

People are accepted only if they are “fixed.”
Struggles are tolerated only when hidden.
Failures are forgiven slowly—if at all.
Without compassion, church becomes performance, not healing.
📖 Matthew 9:36

‼️‼️10. Constant Emphasis on Money, Giving, and Contributions

When announcements, sermons, and programs revolve around money, members feel drained.
Giving is biblical—but obsession with it distorts the gospel.
The church begins to measure faith by finances instead of fruit.
People leave when generosity is demanded without discipleship.
📖 2 Corinthians 9:7

Conclusion

Good members are not leaving because they hate God.
They are leaving because the church sometimes forgets how to love like Christ.

The solution is not silence.
It is repentance.
It is humility.
It is returning to the heart of the Gospel.

Pastors must shepherd, not exploit.
Members must love, not judge.
Church must heal, not harm.

Only then will the wounded feel safe enough to stay—or brave enough to return.

The service ends.
The room empties.
And it’s just you and God.

Is your worship still real?
Is your heart still open?
Are you still surrendered?

Public fire doesn’t matter if your private altar’s cold.

💬 Drop a 🔥 if you’re choosing private surrender over public applause.

🙏🏼 Be present.

There are many reasons people give for missing Sunday worship, tiredness, busyness, disappointment, lack of motivation, personal struggles, schedule conflicts.

Those reasons may be real.

But in all those reasons, God is not there.

None of those are God.

God is not your exhaustion.
God is not your excuse.
God is not your distraction.
God is not your comfort zone.
God is not the hurt that made you withdraw.

So why leave Him?

Why set aside the One who was never the reason you stayed away?

James 1:17 says that every good and perfect gift comes from above.
If you had strength this week, it came from Him.
If you had work, it came from Him.
If you are breathing today, it came from Him.

Revelation 2:4 says,
“You have forsaken the love you had at first.”

Notice, it doesn’t say God left.
It says you left your first love.

Let this be clear:

In all your reasons, God was not the cause.
He did not fail you.
He did not abandon you.
He did not move away.

So why walk away from Him?

If you are tired, run to Him.
If you are overwhelmed, run to Him.
If you are hurt, run to Him.

Do not distance yourself from the only One who has never distanced Himself from you.

None of those reasons are God.
So do not make Him the One you remove from your priorities.

Faith was never meant to be a once-a-week routine. It’s a daily relationship—one that needs our attention, our time, and our heart. If the only time we open our Bible, pray, or worship is on Sunday, we’ll find ourselves spiritually empty when the storms come.

God wants to meet you on ordinary days—in your commute, your kitchen, your quiet moments, your chaos. He wants to shape your heart through daily surrender, not just weekly attendance. The strength you need, the peace you long for, and the wisdom you seek are all found when you walk with Him every day, not just when it’s convenient.

Don’t wait for Sunday to seek Him. Let your faith breathe every day of the week. 🙏🏻🤍

❤️‍🔥The Importance of Christian Fellowship

Christian fellowship is not just about spending time together; it is about growing together in faith, supporting one another, and encouraging each other in our walk with Christ. Fellowship is essential for the body of Christ because it provides opportunities to share life and build relationships that honor God. Through fellowship, believers can experience the power of shared faith and mutual encouragement, creating a stronger, more unified community that reflects Christ’s love. As Hebrews 10:24-25 reminds us, “And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” Fellowship fosters a sense of belonging and purpose, enabling believers to grow in their relationship with God and with one another.

In Christian fellowship, we not only encourage one another but also support each other in times of need. The importance of fellowship extends beyond just being together; it’s about being vulnerable, praying for each other, and helping restore one another when necessary. Fellowship provides a safe space for believers to grow, pray for one another, and help each other find healing and restoration. This communal bond strengthens our faith and allows us to continue growing as disciples of Christ. Matthew 18:20 says, “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” God’s presence is active in fellowship, and when we gather together, we experience His power in a special way.

10 Reasons for the Purpose of Fellowship

1. Encouragement
• Explanation: Fellowship allows believers to encourage each other in their walk with God, especially during difficult times. When we come together, we lift one another up and provide strength in the face of trials.
• Verse: “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11

2. Prayers for One Another
• Explanation: Fellowship is a time to gather in prayer, interceding for one another’s needs. Through prayer, we align our hearts with God’s will and support each other spiritually.
• Verse: “Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed.” — James 5:16

3. Restoration and Healing
• Explanation: Fellowship offers a space for restoration and healing. When we fall or become weak in our faith, our fellow believers can help bring us back to spiritual health through prayer, counsel, and encouragement.
• Verse: “Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.” — Galatians 6:1

4. Mutual Growth in Faith
• Explanation: Fellowship fosters growth in faith as believers share wisdom, teachings, and insights with each other. This strengthens everyone’s walk with God.
• Verse: “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17

5. Building Relationships
• Explanation: Fellowship is about forming deep, meaningful relationships with fellow believers, which are essential for spiritual growth and accountability.
• Verse: “Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.” — Hebrews 10:24

6. Worshiping Together
• Explanation: Fellowship provides an opportunity to worship God together, strengthening our connection with God and one another. Corporate worship unites the body of Christ and magnifies God’s name.
• Verse: “But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth.” — John 4:23

7. Accountability
• Explanation: Fellowship brings accountability, helping believers to stay true to their commitment to follow Christ. The support of others helps to avoid sin and stay on the path of righteousness.
• Verse: “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17

8. Sharing Resources and Blessings
• Explanation: Christian fellowship involves sharing resources—whether it’s time, wisdom, finances, or support. This generosity is a reflection of God’s love and provision.
• Verse: “And all that believed were together, and had all things common.” — Acts 2:44

9. Spreading the Gospel Together
• Explanation: Fellowship helps equip believers to go out and spread the Gospel. As a body, we are stronger and more effective in fulfilling the Great Commission.
• Verse: “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.” — Matthew 28:19

10. Experiencing God’s Presence

• Explanation: God’s presence is magnified in fellowship. When we come together in His name, we experience His power in a way that is unique to the body of Christ.
• Verse: “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I with them.” — Matthew 18:20

Conclusion:

Fellowship is essential for the body of Christ, as it allows believers to grow, encourage, and support one another in their spiritual journey. Whether through prayer, restoration, or accountability, the purpose of Christian fellowship is to build one another up in faith and to honor God together. When we fellowship, we are not just spending time with each other; we are strengthening the church, glorifying God, and fulfilling the command to love one another.

Application Question:
• How can you intentionally participate in fellowship to encourage and support your brothers and sisters in Christ this week?

Lucas 17:11-19
