Highlights from our Sunday Worship Celebration โจ
As darkness continues to deepen in the world, the Lord is not looking for people who simply know scripture or attend church gatherings. He is looking for people whose lives genuinely reflect Jesus Christ.
Through the Word, we learned that following Jesus is more than outward Christianity or familiarity with scripture. A true disciple is someone whose life is continually being transformed by the presence and Word of God. It is not enough to simply hear the gospel; we are called to live it daily through the way we love, obey, and represent Christ to others.
We were challenged to walk in Love in Action, because the love of Jesus must not remain in words alone, but be seen through compassion, service, forgiveness, and intentional care for people. We were also reminded about Obedience with Fruit, because genuine faith leads to obedience and produces visible transformation and Christlike character.
Lastly, we were called to become Witnesses with Power, carrying not only the message of Jesus, but also the testimony of a life changed by His grace and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
May we continue to become disciples whose love is visible, whose obedience bears fruit, and whose lives carry the power and testimony of Jesus Christ.
Arise and shine, Church. The world needs the light of Christ. ๐๐ผ
