The SKY, CLOUDS, WIND, and the SUN.

YOU are the SKY.
CLOUDS are your FEAR, DEPRESSION, FRUSTRATION, SADNESS, ANGER..
WIND is you're FAITH
and the SUN is our GOD.

SKY(You) is always there, CLOUDS(strong emotions) are passing through the SKY(You) some are black, white, sometimes they pepper the SKY(You). But they always COME and GO. Don't chase the Clouds(strong emotions), allow it to COME and Go without resisting it to STAY. Let WIND(Your Faith) drive them out to clear the Sky(You) and be amazed by the beauty and wonder of the SUN(GOD).
