Through every season, God has remained faithful—guiding, strengthening, and sustaining His people.

“The Most High is sovereign over the kingdoms of men and gives them to anyone he wishes.” - Daniel 4:17

God is sovereign, and we are not.

Pwede tayong maging successful without becoming proud.
Pwede tayong magkaroon ng authority without forgetting who gave it.
Pwede tayong maging blessed without taking God's place in our lives.

And sometimes, God has to interrupt our comfort to correct our hearts. Minsan, ang akala natin ay interruption lang sa plans natin, pero ginagamit pala iyon ni Lord para paalalahanan tayo kung sino talaga ang may control.

The greatest danger is not having much, it is forgetting Who gave us what we have.

“Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent his angel and rescued his servants.” - Daniel 3:28

The powerful part is that they remained faithful before they knew whether God would rescue them. They didn't know how it would end, pero alam nila kung sino ang Diyos na kasama nila. At minsan, ganoon din tayo.

Maybe we're in a fire right now.
Maybe we're waiting for an answer.
Maybe we're facing pressure.
Maybe something in our life is getting hotter and harder.

But remember.

The presence of fire does not mean the absence of God. Hindi natin kailangang malaman kung kailan matatapos ang fire para manatiling faithful, because the God who was with them in the furnace is still the God who can be with us in ours.

One more thing.

Their faithfulness became a testimony. Hindi nila pinasok ang furnace para maging impressive. They simply refused to compromise their faith. And because they remained faithful, someone else saw the power of their God. Minsan hindi natin alam kung sino ang nakakakita sa kung paano natin harapin ang trials, but...

Someone may be watching how we respond to disappointment.
Someone may be watching whether we still pray.
Someone may be watching whether we still worship.
Someone may be watching whether we remain faithful when life becomes difficult.

Remember, faithfulness itself can become a testimony. So again, remain faithful.

"But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods." - Daniel 3:18

Napakadaling maging faithful kapag everything is going according to our prayers, pero paano kung hindi?

What if God doesn't answer the way we expected?
What if the door stays closed?
What if the situation doesn't change?
What if the prayer takes longer than we thought?
Can we still say, "Lord, I will obey You?"

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego didn't know what would happen inside the furnace, but they knew who their God was. At iyon ang faith na kailangan natin. Hindi natin kailangang malaman kung paano tayo ililigtas ng Diyos bago tayo sumunod sa Kanya. We simply need to know that He is worthy of our obedience, even if He does not answer the way we want.

Sometimes following God will cost us something.

It may cost us comfort.
It may cost us approval.
It may cost us opportunities.
It may even mean standing alone.

But obedience is still obedience even when it costs us.
