WHO'S PRAYING FOR THE NEXT GENERATION?
In recent weeks, the Philippines has witnessed heartbreaking incidents involving students—violence, abuse, accidents, and the loss of young lives.
We can discuss the causes. We can debate solutions.
But as the Church, we must also ask:
Where are the Hannahs?
Before Samuel became a prophet who influenced a nation, he was first a child covered in prayer.
Hannah didn't simply hope for a better future—she prayed for it.
She prayed with tears.
She prayed with faith.
She prayed with persistence.
And God raised up Samuel.
Today, we talk about raising Samuels—young people who will stand for truth and God's purposes.
But before there can be Samuels, there must be Hannahs.
Parents.
Teachers.
Pastors.
Leaders.
Adults who will faithfully pray for the next generation.
What if the answer is not only safer schools, but stronger intercession in our homes?
Let's pray not only for the protection of our students, but for God's purpose over their lives.
And let's do more than pray.
Pray for them.
Walk with them.
Raise them.
May God raise up Samuels in this nation.
And may He first raise up Hannahs.
