With hearts bowed and faith renewed, the Diocese comes together in prayer and devotion for the Diocesan Celebration of the Feast of Hesus Nazareno on 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟗–𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

United as one pilgrim people, we walk in reverence, hope, and thanksgiving under the theme ❞𝑫𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒕 𝑺𝒊𝒚𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒂𝒔 𝒂𝒕 𝑨𝒌𝒐 𝑵𝒂𝒎𝒂❜𝒚 𝑩𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒃𝒂 (𝑱𝒐𝒉𝒏 𝟑:𝟑𝟎)❞.

May these days deepen our surrender, strengthen our faith, and draw us closer to the Lord who carries our crosses with love.

5/9 | FIFTH MISA DE GALLO✨

“Give and give until it hurts” reminds us that true giving is not always easy or convenient. It calls us to offer not only what is extra, but even what costs us time, effort, comfort, or sacrifice.

In his homily, our priest reminds us that real love is shown when we give without expecting anything in return - just as Christ gave Himself fully for us. This Misa de Gallo invites us to practice selfless generosity, to share our blessings, and to serve others even when it is challenging, because it is in sincere giving that faith is truly lived and God’s love is made visible in our lives.

2/9 | 2ND MISA DE GALLO 🙏🏼✨

“Promises are meant to be broken” is a saying often heard in today’s world - but in his homily during the 2nd Misa de Gallo, our priest reminded us that this mindset reflects how easily people make promises and how carelessly they break them.

He then corrected this thinking with a powerful truth: promises are meant to be fulfilled. In this season of Advent, we are reminded that while human promises may fail, God’s promises never do. As we prepare our hearts for Christmas, we are called to imitate God’s faithfulness by being true to our words, honoring our commitments, and living with integrity in our daily lives.

CHURCH NEWS | Pope to the Youth: You are not only the future of the church, you are the present

During a digital encounter with over 16,000 young people from the United States at the National Catholic Youth Convention, Pope Leo XIV stressed the importance of the youth in the Catholic church and to it's future.

The pope remarked "You are not only the future of the church, you are the present. Your voices, your ideas, your faith matter right now. And the church needs you."

With hearts full of gratitude, we, the Parish Youth Ministry of Pangangan - sincerely thank all our generous donors and sponsors for making our participation in the Diocesan Youth Day 2025 possible. Your kindness and support have not only helped us attend this meaningful gathering but have also inspired us to grow deeper in faith, stronger in friendship, and more united as a community of young believers.
