Ang tawag ng Diyos ay isang paanyaya na maglingkod nang may pagmamahal at katapatan. Sa ating paglalakbay, nawaโ€™y manatiling Bukas ang ating puso sa Misyon na ibinigay Niya sa atinโ€”maging ito man ay sa pagpari, pagmadre, o buhay-layko.

Samahan ninyo kaming itaas sa panalangin ang lahat ng mga tumutugon sa tawag ng Panginoon. Hilingin natin na bigyan sila ng lakas ng loob, malinaw na kaisipan, at pusong handang maglingkod sa kapwa.

โ€œNapakaraming aanihin, ngunit kakaunti ang mag-aani. Idalangin ninyo sa may-ari ng aanihin na magpadala ng mga mag-aani.โ€
(Mateo 9: 37-38)

Sama-sama tayong manalangin para sa Bokasyon. Maging inspirasyon natin ang sinabi ni Papa Leo XIV:

"In the Gospel of John, Jesus describes himself as the โ€œgood shepherdโ€ (แฝ ฯ€ฮฟฮนฮผแฝดฮฝ แฝ ฮบฮฑฮปฯŒฯ‚) ( Jn 10:11). This expression refers to a shepherd who is perfect, authentic and exemplary, inasmuch as he is ready to give his life for his sheep, thus revealing Godโ€™s love. He is the Shepherd who draws us to himself, whose gaze reveals that life is truly beautiful when one follows him. Neither the eyes of the body nor aesthetic sensibilities alone are sufficient to recognize this beauty; rather, contemplation and interiority are required. Only the one who pauses, listens, prays and welcomes the Shepherdโ€™s gaze can say with confidence: โ€œI trust him; life with him can truly be beautiful. I want to walk this path of beauty.โ€ What is most extraordinary is that, in becoming his disciple, one truly becomes โ€œbeautifulโ€; his beauty transforms us. As the theologian Pavel Florenskij wrote, asceticism does not produce a merely โ€œgoodโ€ person, but a โ€œbeautifulโ€ one. [1] Indeed, more than goodness, the distinctive trait of the saint is the luminous spiritual beauty that radiates from his or her life in Christ. In this way, the Christian vocation reveals itself in all its depth as a participation in the life of Jesus, by sharing in his mission and reflecting his beauty."

Manalangin tayo.

+Panginoong Hesus, lumapit kami sa Iyo dala ang aming paghahanap at pananabik. Tulad ng mga taong sumunod sa Iyo sa kabilang ibayo ng dagat, hinahanap Ka rin naminโ€”ngunit amin ding kinikilala na kung minsan, ang hanap namin ay hindi Ikaw kundi ang mga biyayang Iyong ibinibigay. Turuan Mo kaming hanapin Ka hindi lamang dahil sa aming pangangailangan, kundi dahil Ikaw ang tinapay ng buhay. Linisin Mo ang aming puso upang ang aming pananampalataya ay maging tapat at dalisay. Amen.
