Hello Calamba 2nd Ward Saints!

Earlier today, Elder Boac from the Calamba 2nd Ward, entered the Manila Missionary Training Center (MTC) to begin his sacred service in the Philippines Urdaneta Mission. As the 3rd full-time missionary from the Calamba Stake, his journey is a testament to faith, courage, and a willing heart to serve the Lord.

𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗽𝘂𝘁 🍪

Last month, the Young Women unleashed their creativity by baking cookies in their own desired shapes. The recipe was shared by one of the young women, making the activity even more special and meaningful.

Everyone felt joy and excitement throughout the activity especially those who are just beginning their Young Women journey, making it a memorable first experience.

A simple activity, yet filled with creativity, connection, and happiness.

Last Saturday, the Calamba 2nd Ward Saints gathered for a 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, “𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.” Everyone enjoyed the games and the food prepared by the Relief Society.

This event also included a send-off activity for Brother Zayo Boac, who will serve a mission and help in the work of the Lord. Inspiring messages were shared by his family and parents as he prepares for his missionary journey.

Truly, the work of the Lord begins with each individual with desire, love, and faith.

Easter Sunday was filled with light, love, and unity as families gathered as one in the Calamba 2nd Ward. Listening, singing, and feeling the Spirit together made the celebration even more meaningful.

Because of Him, we have hope, peace, and new beginnings. 🌿
