Some lives continue to speak long after they are gone through the people they loved, the faith they lived, and the countless lives they touched.

Today, we lovingly honor and remember Mayor Joni Villanueva-Tugna, not only for the positions she held, but for the faith she carried, the kindness she freely gave, and the way she served people with genuine love and humility. Her life reflected Jesus in many quiet yet powerful ways through compassionate leadership, unwavering devotion to God, and a heart always willing to serve others.

Indeed, “The memory of the righteous is a blessing.” (Proverbs 10:7)
