Destiny of Faith 🙌 | PMCC 4th Watch Canlubang

What a powerful message last October 4 — we have a destiny of faith in the Lord!

✝️ We were chosen by God
"According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world..." – Ephesians 1:4

🙏 Always give praise to Him
"Praising God, and having favour with all the people..." – Acts 2:47

👑 We are heirs of God
"And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ..." – Romans 8:17

💚 Be like David — a heart that chases after God, worships in every season, and stays faithful to Him.

"Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin." – Romans 4:8

What a blessed Thanksgiving Service last September 27! Our keynote speaker, Pastor Rita Gavino, reminded us that thanksgiving is more than saying "thank you." It is expressing deep gratitude to God with our whole being.

In Hebrew, yadah means to extend the hand in worship, and todah is the thank offering — praise that costs us something. In Greek, eucharisteo simply means to be thankful. Together they show us that gratitude is worship, praise, and sacrifice all at once.

Thanksgiving reminds us that every good thing comes from the Lord, who is our:
🕊️ Savior
🌱 Life-Giver
❤️ Merciful and Good God

To the Canlubang brethren who prepared and served with such willing hearts — thank you. And thank you, Pastor Rita, for the powerful word! To God be all the glory. 🙌

This week, PMCC 4th Watch Canlubang was blessed to hear a timely message on having a grateful heart, delivered by our keynote speaker, Pastor Rita Gavino.

We were reminded that gratitude isn't just something we feel when things go well. It's a posture of the heart that honors God in every season, knowing His faithfulness never changes.

With hearts full of thanks, the Canlubang brethren are now preparing for our upcoming Thanksgiving Service. Let us continue to pray, serve, and prepare together as we give God all the glory for His goodness to our church. 🙌

Thank you, Pastor Rita, for the powerful and encouraging word!

Ptr. Rita Gavino reminded us today: a true servant of God carries humility, obedience, compassion, integrity, and faithfulness. 🙌
Steady and loyal — through the good times and the bad.

And the promise? He remains faithful. 🕊️

So when the day comes that we finally stand before the Lord, may we hear Him say: “Well done, my good and faithful servant.” Will you be ready? 🙏
