𝗜𝗙 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗜𝗥 𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗧𝗦...
On members of the church who leave church without a word...
On members who speak badly of them behind their backs...
On members who criticize their sermons and never take heed to them...
On members who divide the church with gossip and intrigue...
On members whose loyalty is to another church...
On members who always complain about everything...
On members who criticizes their faults but never praise the good they do...
On members who create group chats where they ridicule their pastors...
On members who bring other members to another church...
On members who are apathetic to the ministry of the church...
On members who always resist the changes that are being implemented in the church...
On members who leave church because of work they landed in answer to their prayers...
On members who leave church because their boyfriends (or girlfriends) do not want to go to church...
On members who cannot be corrected without leaving the church...
On members who always give excuses...
On members who just quit their responsibilities...
On members who falsely accuse them of so many things...
On members who keep a secret hatred for them...
On members who look down on them...
On members who flatter them and never mean their praises...
On members who are ashamed of them...
On members who celebrate Pastors' Appreciation month as a month-to-be-good-to-the-pastor-since-we-have-eleven-more - months-to-do-as-we-wish-against-them...
On members who are too quick to judge them when they fail...
PASTORS CAN BE HURT, TOO! And if they're not showing it, it is because they are trying to be strong FOR YOU.
THANK GOD PASTORS DO NOT FOCUS ON THEIR HURTS! They focus on the Lord, His Vision and the Ministry instead.

Love your pastor.
They have nothing in their hearts but love for the Lord and you.
God bless you.
In behalf of all pastors who are silently suffering,
HEBREWS 13:17
Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you.
