Feast of Saint Philip & Saint James 🙏✨

Today, we remember Saints Philip and Saint James, two apostles who followed Jesus with faith, humility, and courage. Though they served in different ways, their lives remind us that every mission matters and every “yes” to God has a purpose.

Saint Philip invited others to follow Christ, while Saint James remained a quiet yet faithful servant of the early Church. In the same way, we are all called, whether boldly or silently, to share God’s love in our own unique way. 💛

As Kids for Christ, may we be inspired to live out our faith daily, through our words, our actions, and our relationships.

🌟 **WHAT A JOYFUL ASSEMBLY!**🌟

Last Saturday, April 25th , our CFC Kids for Christ had an amazing Monthly Chapter Assembly! Our Proclamation Statement for this month was "I will be joyful always!". We focused on the value of being joyful and learned that Easter is the greatest celebration of the Catholic Church because Jesus saved us from our sins and has risen from the dead.

A massive shoutout to our energetic CFC Youth For Christ Rock Facilitators for beautifully leading today's program:

We also want to pour out our warm gratitude to the incredible people behind the scenes who made this event complete:

* To our loving **Titos and Titas from Couples for Christ**—thank you for generously making time to be present, guide us, and support this activity. Your presence means the world to us!

* And of course, to the **supportive parents** of our KFC members—thank you for your continuous dedication and for always bringing your children to experience God's love and joy.

Thank you to the yummy food that everyone enjoyed and shared.

To our Kids, don't forget your Take Home Assignment: your "My Joyfulness Card"! Remember to list three people you want to share your joy with. Make sure to write down at least one good deed you want to do for them to make them smile.

Today we celebrate the Solemnity of Saint Joseph, the husband of Mary and the loving father who cared for Jesus. Saint Joseph was a humble carpenter who listened to God’s call, even when it was hard.

He protected Mary and baby Jesus, guiding them safely when King Herod wanted to harm them. His life teaches us about obedience, kindness, and courage.

Let’s celebrate Saint Joseph’s Day by learning from his example, trusting God, helping our families, and living with love and humility every day!

Kids, let’s follow his example: do a quiet act of love at home today!

What a grace-filled day it has been for the Kids for Christ Kabisig family with the theme "I will listen more to Jesus!"

Through the story of the Transfiguration, the children learned that being prayerful means taking the time to truly listen to God's voice in their hearts.

From creative puppet-making to the inspiring KFC Hero Challenge.It was a day of discovering how to be modern-day heroes for Christ!

This wonderful event was made possible by the community coming together. Huge thanks to the following.

The ROCK Facilitators: Gratitude to the Youth for Christ (YFC) Kabisig East A 4D Ate’s and Kuya’s for their vibrant energy and for leading the kids through every activity and song. 🎸

Under the guidance of the KFC Coordinators, Tito Ra and Tita Shane, the following team members made the Gospel come alive today.
