Last weekend, a team of 10 members from our church traveled to the Quezon Province to minister alongside New Hope Christian Fellowship Pitogo.
The day began with their Superkids. The team brought Aling Bebang, played by Mikee, and her puppet friends. They also presented a skit to tell the story of Joseph sharing his dreams with his brothers. They were able to bless the kids with simple gifts - snacks, juice, books, and coloring materials - bringing joy to their morning.
The afternoon became a dedicated time of worship with their youth. Paolo led their teenagers in praise, and the team prayed over each teenager individually. They also gathered around Pastor Rowell and Amy, and lifted them up in prayer for the work they do leading the Pitogo church.
They returned home with full hearts and gratitude for all that God accomplished. We get excited every time God opens doors for us to go out. And it’s still good to pay a visit to family, and New Hope Pitogo is definitely that.
