San Oscar Romero…ipanalangin mo kami 🙏

The Diocese of Antipolo invites everyone to come together in prayer for the Rosary for Peace with Pope Leo XIV. On May 31, 2026, while the Vatican gathers in the evening, the local Church will rise at 1:00 am Philippine Time to join hearts across the world in one voice of hope.

This is a simple yet profound call: to entrust our world to the Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Peace, and to let every bead of the Rosary carry the cries of the suffering and the longing for peace into God’s presence.

It is an invitation to stand as one family of faith, bridging Antipolo and Rome, and reminding us that true peace begins when hearts are united in prayer

Linggo ng Pentekostes
Jn. 20, 19-23

Sa Kapistahan ng Pentekostes, ipinapaalala sa atin ng Ebanghelyo na ipinagkaloob ni Hesus ang Espiritu Santo sa kanyang mga alagad, khit sila ay natakot at nagtatago, binigyan sila ni Hesus ng kapayapaan at lakas upang ipagpatuloy ang kanyang misyon. Ganoon din sa ating buhay. May mga pagkakataong tayo’y pinanghihinaan ng loob o natatakot, ngunit ang Espiritu Santo ang nagbibigay sa atin ng tapang, karunungan, at pag-asa. Kapag hinahayaan nating kumilos ang Espiritu Santo sa ating puso; mas natututo tayong magmahal, magpatawad, at maglingkod sa kapwa.
Nawa’y buksan natin ang ating puso sa gabay ng Espiritu Santo upang maging tunay tayong saksi ni Kristo sa ating pamilya at pamayanan. Kapag kasama natin ang Espiritu Santo, ang takot ay napapalitan ng tapang at pag-asa.

PAGNINILAY:

Ang Dakilang Kapistahan ng Pag-akyat sa Langit ng Panginoon Hesus

Kaya ang ating Ebanghelyo ay sa Huling Hapunan, nang ibigay ni Hesus sa Kanyang mga alagad ang Kanyang mga huling diskurso, alam na Niya’y pabalik na Siya sa Ama upang maluwalhati ang dakilang plano para sa ating kaligtasan. At sa kanyang hudyat ng pamamaalam, nagpahayag Siya ng mga magagandang bilin upang patuloy natin alalahanin Siya sa ating mga buhay at narinig natin ngayon ang kanyang pangako ng pagsusugo sa Espiritu Santo upang magsilbing patnubay natin.

Ang Espiritu ang ating gabay upang mas kilalanin natin ang Panginoon at ang Kanyang mga salita, na nawa'y mag-alab sa atin ang apoy ng pag-ibig. At ang pag-ibig na ito ay ang ipinamalas sa atin ng Diyos sa kanyang pagsusugo kay Hesus. Dahil si Hesus ay lumisan mula sa mundong ito, ninanais niya na tayo ay maging matatag sa ating
pananampalataya dahil tayo ay tunay na minamahal ng Ama, katulad ng pagmamahal ni Kristo sa atin. Kaya ang Espiritu Santo ang magsisilbing tanda na dapat nating pasiglahin ang ating matinding pananalig sa Maykapal. Ayon sa isang turo ng Dogma ng Banal na
Santatlo, ang Diyos Espiritu Santo ay bunga ng pagmamahal ng Diyos Ama at Diyos Anak sa isa't isa.

Diocesan Socom Media Summit 2026 📲📺🛜

Theme: Amplify Create Communicate Evangelize

Rev Fr. Manjorey O. Padilla is our priest presider during the Holy Mass and one of our speaker who talked about Preserving Human Voices and Faces.

Fr. Manjo left us with these 3 Diosecan SOCOM Mantra:
1. Claritas (clarity)
2. Integritas (integrity)
3. Fidelitas (fidelity)

The morning breakout session includes Bro. Patrick Dominick Romero’ talk on Basic photography in a Church setting. He is the photgrapher at The Manila Cathedral. Aside from discussing the various composition in photography, he gave us an advise to always pray before we start to cover any event and to be inspired to see God’s face in other people.

While the afternoon session on Broadcast and Livestream fundamentals was led by Bro. Jiggo Santos, Video Editor, Asst Technical officer and Procurement officer at TV Maria. His talk includes the value of livestream and what SOCOM needs to do for pre production, production and post production events. Also be shared to us that giving affirmation is one way to show appreciation and builds camaraderie among the team.

This is truly a successful event wherein participants not only enjoy, gain new friends, win prizes and an award, but also enriched their minds and hearts on the various sessions prepared by the committee.

Fr. Rowie Reyes celebrated the Holy Eucharist at the Basilica of Santa Engracia.

With the intercession of Saint Isidore, Patron Saint of Farmers and Rural community, let us continue to pray for our country, our SOARQP family and friends, relatives and love ones, that we may continue to be steadfast amidst any challenges in life and always put God in the center of our lives 🙏
