The 45th Anniversary of Couples for Christ is a special moment to celebrate God’s faithfulness, the growth of the community, and its mission to bring light to families and the world.

This year, we are celebrating as ONE FAMILY, reflecting the light of Christ. Light is a strong symbol of Christ—His presence, guidance, and hope. It reminds us of the call to “let your light shine before others.” Through the Festival of Lights, CFC shows its mission in a simple but powerful way: bringing God’s light into homes, relationships, and everyday life.

This celebration is not just something to watch. It’s something everyone takes part in. Join us for our weeklong celebration on June 13–20, 2026!

Happy 45th year, Couples for Christ family!

To end the 𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒂 𝑪𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒊, Brother Rene Porlaje's praisefest highlighted that for two days, we have journeyed with Jesus. We are aware of 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆, 𝒘𝒂𝒍𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑯𝒊𝒎.

Like the disciples, we may have faced moments of emptiness and uncertainty, but 𝑯𝒊𝒔 𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒔 𝒖𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑯𝒊𝒎, 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒍𝒐𝒘. As we say "yes" today, we are called to serve, to love, and to bring others closer to Him.

Bro. Joven and Sis. Malou Castañeda’s testimony is a powerful reminder that true joy is found in serving. They did not just accept the Lord’s invitation; they responded with eagerness and perseverance, faithfully sitting at the table despite the challenges of age.

They showed us that no season of life is a hindrance to service. Rather, 𝒊𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒏 𝒐𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝑮𝒐𝒅 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒅𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒍𝒚. This season of their lives is not a slowing down of the mission, but it is a deepening of it: less visibility, more intercession; less activity, more compassion.

The last session, led by Brother Norman Robles, highlighted the importance of finding Joy in many forms in Christ despite hardships. It is in Him that we discover true joy through faith and contentment.

Brother Norman also emphasized that God allows us to experience His joy through our relationship with Him, expressed in love for one another. 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒋𝒐𝒚 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅—𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑮𝒐𝒅, 𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒇𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚.

Mensa Christi’s second day began with Brother Onnel Tolentino’s morning worship, where he reminded us that, like Thomas the disciple, we are invited to personally encounter and respond to Jesus Christ. In choosing to believe beyond what we see, we come to know the joy of faith in the one true God.

As members of Couples for Christ, this joy 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝒖𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒂 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏. May this same joy overflow into our families, friends, and everyone we encounter.
