Youth Fellowship
Theme: Heart to Heart Fellowship

It was March 1st but the theme of the fellowship is “Heart to Heart” as this is originally a fellowship for the Love Month (February). Every month is Love Month anyways 😁

Our COCVE Youth together with other non-COCVE Youth who were invited by Bro. Raph joined together in this activity to get to know each other and most of all, to know and hear the Word of God.

Music jamming, balloon activity, hearing the Word of God and sharing a sumptuous lunch where enjoyed altogether by these young men and women.

Oh how lovely it is to see their smiles as they listen and learn God’s word.

Thank you for all who continuously support our Youth in prayers and in other ways. Your support means a lot to us, to them. 🙏🏼

Thank you Lord Jesus for the lives of this young men and women. Continue to bless them Lord so that they may continue to serve You in this lifetime.

To God be the Highest glory! ☝🏼

EAST CLUSTER MONTHLY FELLOWSHIP
Host Church: Payatas Church of Christ

Our Elders, together with the Kababaihan, attended this month’s fellowship gathering, which also served as a Couples’ Fellowship in celebration of Love Month this February.

Brethren from various local churches within the East Cluster came together to offer praise and thanksgiving to the Lord and to celebrate His unconditional love. The program included worship through song, the sharing of God’s Word, engaging games and activities, and a delightful fellowship meal. Everyone departed not only with satisfied appetites, but more importantly, with hearts, minds, and spirits uplifted and renewed by the message they received.

The gathering was further enriched by warm conversations over coffee, which kept everyone energized and added to the spirit of camaraderie and joy.

Indeed, it was a meaningful, enjoyable, and spiritually fulfilling experience for all our brothers and sisters in Christ.

36th Anniversary Celebration of Church of Christ at Village East

What a privilege to have been able to reach and celebrate 36 amazing years of serving the Lord through his church at Village East!

This isn’t just a celebration of its 36th anniversary but more of a thanksgiving for God’s faithfulness to His church. Nothing but the highest glory and praises to the only one God above! ☝🏼

The church has been in its highs and lows but we praise Jesus as He made everyone steadfast, relentless and committed in serving His church at Village East throughout the years.

We pray for your continuous guidance, enlightenment and grace as we go forth in this new chapter, Lord! We wouldn’t have reached this far if it were for You.

Walang hanggang papuri, pasasalamat at pananampalataya sa nag iisa naming Dios at Tagapagligtas! 🙏🏼☝🏼

Visitation at Sunset Retreat (Home for the Aged)

For many years, it has been our tradition to dedicate the day before our church anniversary to giving back to the community and sharing the Word of God. In prayer, we asked the Lord to guide us to where we were most needed—and He led us, Church of Christ at Village East, to Sunset Retreat, a home for the elderly located in Greenland Subdivision, Cainta, Rizal.

With willing hearts, our devoted Kalalakihan and Kababaihan visited the retreat and prepared simple gifts to share—food and basic daily necessities. More than that, they shared moments of joy by teaching the elderlies a church action song and familiar old hymns that brought smiles, laughter, and memories. As always, the visit was made complete through the sharing of the Word of God, faithfully delivered by our Church Pastor.

The experience was deeply fulfilling for everyone involved. Seeing firsthand the lives and conditions of our less fortunate elderlies was both humbling and eye-opening. It reminded us of the importance of compassion, presence, and genuine love for one another.

The activity ended with a heartfelt prayer for everyone in the retreat house—few leaving with tearful eyes and grateful hearts.

We pray that this will not be our last visit, and that more hearts will be moved to extend love, care, and concern for the elderlies of Sunset Retreat.

Thank You, Lord Jesus, for allowing us to be instruments of Your grace and for giving us the opportunity to share Your blessings with those who need them most. 🙏🏼

Another testimony and proof of how God and the Holy Spirit move in the lives of the people who acknowledges His presence in their lives.

Last Sunday, we witnessed another soul, Bro. Luis, who accepted God as his Lord and Savior through baptism.

Another celebration for the whole church and even more for the angels in heaven as another soul acknowledged and repented and accepted Lord Jesus Christ whom he will serve for the rest of his life.

May this be the start of his wonderful journey with Christ together with the brethrens in and out of Church of Christ at Village East.

1st Quarter Rizal SPKKK Youth Fellowship

Hosted by: Cardona Church of Christ
Theme: SOLARA: Rooted in Christ (Colossians 2:6-7)

For COCVE Youth, their year started with a fellowship amongst their Youth counterparts from other churches in Rizal - what a great way of opening the year for these young souls, isn’t it? :)

The gathering was attended by more than 225 youth from different churches in Rizal such as Taytay Church of Christ, Morong Church of Christ, Soul Seeker Church of Christ, Jala-jala Church of Christ, Grace Redeemed Church of Christ and many more.

Our Youth were able to get to know a lot of fellow youth whom they have met for the first time and were able to enjoy the company of each other while worshipping the Lord and hearing His words.

Shortly after the fellowship, they enjoyed their lunch through a side trip in a lakeside restaurant where they were able to enjoy the view of God’s creation.

What a good and memorable day that was!

Thank you Lord for letting these children see the beauty of Your creation! 🙏🏼

May you allow them and all of us to attend the following fellowships to be able to give You back all the glory and praises the best way we can.

1st EAST CLUSTER CONVENTION
17 January 2026 |8AM Onwards
JFD Stadium, San Mateo, Rizal
Theme: Bridge Builders: Connecting Churches for God’s Glory

As we always say, “GOD IS GOOD, ALL THE TIME!” He is indeed good all the time as He let our churches realize its goal - to have the 1st ever East Cluster Convention held at San Mateo, Rizal.

Our church is priviledged to have been invited to do the Welcome Address through our Pastor, Bro. Alden Formales, and to open the activity for the day.

It was then followed by songs of worship shared and sang together by all the brethrens coming from different churches in the East to give the highest praises to our One and Only God.

The Word of God was then shared by our former Pastor, and now Holy Spirit Church of Christ Pastor, Bro. Ronaldo Aniceto.

Awarding of Certificates also was held towards the end of the program to recognize the efforts of our beloved brothers and sisters in Christ.

Overall, another successful gathering of the people of God united by one faith, one love and one church - Church of Christ.

To God be the Highest Glory! ☝🏼

COCVE CHRISTMAS PARTY 2025
14 December 2025

Fun-filled, joyous and blessed Christmas Party to cap off the year of the Lord with the brothers and sisters in Christ. Truly, spending celebrations with people dear to you is extraordinary.

After the Corporate Service in the morning, sumptuous lunch was shared by everyone as they fill their tummies for the Christmas Program right after. 😁

Program was opened by a Prayer followed by Christmas Songs sung to kick start the celebration followed by an Opening Message from the Chairman himself, Bro. Ed Zagada. Games, raffle, special numbers and an AVP were also shared by everyone.

What more to say when the photos show it all. Indeed, God has blessed everyone the entire year - more than what everyone asked for.

Thank you Lord Jesus for all the blessings and for letting us celebrate Christmas with our fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.

COCVE Youth Christmas Party/Bonding

First and foremost, COCVE Youth is beyond grateful to our Lord Jesus for allowing this to push through despite the many obstacles along the way. Truly, God listens to our prayers.

Pictures cannot give justice to how these young men and women enjoyed and had fun during their Christmas Party and bonding. It was a core memory to some and definitely a thing they want to do again and again to many.

May this be a reminder to our Youth that this wouldn’t be possible if we do not bring it to God in prayer. We would want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our brethrens, elders, parents and everyone who supported this one unforgettable experience they had that they will bring in their lifetime.

It was indeed a very blessed, fullfilling and memorable experience for our Kababaihan’s Group to have celebrated their Christmas Party in Tagaytay. It was an overnight bonding and fellowship where they get to enjoy the company of each other while remembering how God has been good and faithful to them.

May our good Lord continuously bless all of them in their lives so they may continue serving the Lord in the best way they can. 🙏🏼
