With grateful hearts, we lift our prayers for his eternal rest, remembering a life devoted generously to the service of God and His people.

May his legacy inspire us to deepen our faith and to serve with greater love and humility.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of priesthood You have bestowed upon Bishop Ruperto. On this special day of his presbyteral anniversary, shower him with Your abundant blessings.
