To our dear SCF Church Family and everyone across the Philippines,As the heavy rains, flooding, and the ongoing effects of the southwest monsoon (Habagat) continue to batter our nation, we want to pause, come together in spirit, and lift our situation to the Lord.
We know that many are facing uncertainty, rising waters, and disrupted lives right now. But even when the skies are dark and the waters rise, our God remains securely on His throne.

📖 Isaiah 43:2 (NIV) reminds us of His promise:"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze."

To our congregation, keep this in your hearts today:
💬 "To our SCF Church Family: We are not just a community that gathers in good weather; we are a family that anchors one another in the storm. Let your faith be your shelter, and let your love for your neighbors be the hands and feet of Jesus today."

🙏 Let Us Pray:Heavenly Father, we come to You today asking for Your divine canopy of protection over the Philippines. We pray for every family affected by the continuous rains and flooding. Lord, be a strong refuge for those who are displaced, keep our commuters and emergency responders safe, and bring overwhelming peace to those who are anxious.
We ask that You calm the winds and halt the rising waters. Please provide for those who have lost much, and use us—Your church—to be a beacon of hope, generosity, and practical help to those in need. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
