This Sunday was a special one as we celebrated and honored all the amazing dads in our church family. We took time to recognize the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures who faithfully love, lead, provide, and point their families toward God.

Pastor Jeff continued our series on the life of Joseph and shared a powerful message about how God prepares us before He promotes us. Through Joseph's journey from the pit, to slavery, to prison, and eventually to the palace, we were reminded that God's process is just as important as His promises.

Some key takeaways from the message:
• God perfects character before calling. Faithfulness is forged in the difficult seasons, not the easy ones.
• Obedience opens doors to greater influence. God watches how we handle the small things before entrusting us with bigger responsibilities.
• Promotion has a purpose beyond ourselves. God blesses and elevates us so we can serve others and make a difference in their lives.

The challenge for all of us was simple but powerful: Are we being faithful with what's already in our hands? God isn't just looking for talent. He's looking for people He can trust.

What a meaningful Father's Day as we celebrated our dads and were encouraged to remain faithful, obedient, and committed to God's process, knowing that He is working in every season of our lives.
