7 Last Words of Jesus❤️🙏

One of the ways Christians have traditionally meditated on Good Friday is by reading and reflecting on the seven last words of Jesus from the cross. Luke records the final words of Jesus before he died on the cross:

It was now about the sixth hour, and there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour, while the sun’s light failed. And the curtain of the temple was torn in two. Then Jesus, calling out with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commit my spirit!” And having said this he breathed his last. (Luke 23:44)

The Stations of the Cross is one of the most simple, yet powerful, ways to prayerfully walk alongside Jesus and encounter him like never before.

There are fourteen Stations of the Cross. Each is an invitation to contemplate and experience a pivotal moment from Jesus’ sentencing to his death to his burial. They are a powerful way to step into some of the most significant moments in human history and encounter Jesus like never before. One of the most impactful times to pray the Stations of the Cross is during Holy Week, especially on Good Friday.

Hey, Faithful Souls! 🙏 As we bid farewell to the Diocesan Youth Congress 2023 held at the serene Lianga Parish last November 24-27, let's take a journey down memory lane and relive the magic of this extraordinary event! ✨🕊️

The theme "OPEN THE DOOR THE CAGE, GO OUT AND FLY" beautifully unfolded throughout the four days, weaving a tapestry of shared beliefs and diverse perspectives. The picturesque Lianga Parish served as the perfect backdrop for this spiritual journey.

A special shoutout to the incredible participants from San Isidro Labrador Parish, Cagwait! Your vibrant energy, unwavering faith, and enthusiasm radiated, leaving an indelible mark on the congress. You truly were the heartbeat of this gathering!
