﷽ | 𝐀𝐋-𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐈𝐇𝐀𝐃: 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐘𝐂 𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋 2026

The 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐨 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐦 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐋𝐔𝐌𝐒𝐀) emerged as the Overall Champion in the physical sports category of the Ittihad Sportfest, held last May 1–3, 2026. Organized by the Muslim Youth Council, LUMSA topped the leaderboard with a total of 74 points while competing against various Muslim organizations.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude and recognition to all our wonderful players who showcased exemplary skill, sportsmanship, and determination throughout the tournament.

﷽ | 𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐇𝐀𝐍 𝐃𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Alhamdulillah, on March 18, 2026, we conducted our blessed 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 at Halaqatan Nur and LEUPAPO Inc.—a day filled with generosity, compassion, and unity in service to the Ummah.

This meaningful initiative brought together dedicated volunteers who shared their time, effort, and resources to extend help and الخير (goodness) to those in need. It was a beautiful reminder that Ramadan is not only about fasting, but also about giving, empathy, and uplifting others.

As we distributed donations, we were reminded of the true essence of Ramadan—selflessness, kindness, and sincerity. May Allah accept our صدقة (charity), صيام (fasting), and جميع الأعمال الصالحة (all good deeds), and reward everyone who contributed to this cause.

May this simple act of giving inspire us to continue spreading compassion and carrying the روح of Ramadan in our hearts beyond this sacred month.

﷽ | 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐀𝐑 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Alhamdulillah, on March 12, 2026, we gathered at Liceo Civic Center for our blessed 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐟𝐭𝐚𝐫—a night filled with unity, reflection, and gratitude as one Ummah.

This meaningful gathering was attended not only by Licean Muslims, but also by students from other schools and our non-Muslim friends—truly a beautiful reminder that Ramadan brings people together beyond differences, fostering understanding, respect, and harmony.

As we broke our fast together, we were reminded of the true essence of Ramadan—faith, compassion, and togetherness. May Allah accept our صيام (fasting), prayers, and جميع الأعمال الصالحة (all good deeds), and grant us continued strength in our ایمان (faith).

May the memories we shared strengthen our bonds and inspire us to carry the روح of Ramadan in our hearts beyond this sacred month.

“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided.” (Qur’an 3:103)
