OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF CONDOLENCES
With profound sadness and heartfelt sympathy, the Hosanna Association of Southern Baptist Churches (HASBC) and the Hosanna Youth Fellowship (HYF) extend our deepest condolences to the bereaved family on the passing of Maโam Arlene Ministerio Gican.
Maโam Arlene was the beloved wife of Pastor Rudy Gican, Pastor of Gango Baptist Church, sheโs also a dedicated educator who faithfully served as a former teacher at Gango Elementary School and was newly assigned at Consolacion Elementary School. She was also an active member of the HASBC Womenโs Ministry and a faithful officer of the HASBC Association.
She lived a life marked by faith, humility, compassion, and unwavering dedication to God, her family, the church, her students, and the community she faithfully served. Through her years of service and ministry, she touched countless lives and leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire many generations.
As one family in Christ, we join together in prayer, asking the Lord to grant Pastor Rudy Gican, the Gican family, and all who mourn her passing the strength, peace, and comfort that only He can provide during this difficult time.
โFor to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.โ โ Philippians 1:21 (NKJV)
Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we hold on to the hope found in Christ and give thanks for a life faithfully lived in His service.
May her memory continue to inspire us to live faithfully, serve wholeheartedly, and trust God in every season of life.
