🙏🏻 A TIME TO WITHDRAW, LISTEN, AND BE RENEWED 🤍

Today until tomorrow, we entrust our Santa Ana Parish Leaders to the Lord as they gather for a two-day recollection at the Divine Mercy Shrine in El Salvador City, guided by the theme from Jeremiah 3:15:

“I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding.”

May these days be a sacred pause from the busyness of ministry—a time to listen to God, renew our hearts, deepen our faith, and rediscover the joy of serving His people.

May the Lord heal what needs healing, strengthen what has grown weak, and rekindle the fire of love and service within every leader.

🙏 Let us pray for our parish leaders.
May they return from this retreat not only refreshed, but more faithful, compassionate, humble, and Christ-centered servants.

May the Blessed Mother, Santa Ana and San Joaquin, and St. Faustina, intercede for them as they continue to journey together in faith and service.

“I will give you shepherds after my own heart…” — Jeremiah 3:15

🕊️ Pray. Listen. Be renewed. Return to serve.

Santa Ana , pray for us! 🤍

🌹💙 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MAMA MARY! 💙🌹

With hearts filled with joy and devotion, the faithful of Santa Ana Parish gathered in the early hours of the morning for a beautiful Birthday Mananita in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary. 🙏✨

The celebration continued with a Religious Procession, as we walked together in prayer and thanksgiving, followed by the Holy Eucharist, the source and summit of our Christian life.

As a loving tribute to our Blessed Mother, parishioners offered flowers and candles, symbols of our love, gratitude, prayers, and desire to follow her example of faith and obedience to God. 🌹🕯️

May Mama Mary continue to lead us closer to her Son, Jesus, and teach us to say “yes” to God with humble and faithful hearts.

Happy Birthday, Mama Mary! 💙
Ora pro nobis! 🙏

🌊🕯️ WHEN THE STORMS COME, KEEP YOUR EYES ON JESUS. 🕊️

Tonight, the Parish Youth Coordinating Council officers and members (PYCC) gathered for our Monthly Taizé Prayer at the Mother of Perpetual Help Chapel, Bilayong, Sta. Cruz, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

In the stillness of the night, through prayer, silence, Scripture, and the gentle melodies of Taizé, we were reminded of the Gospel today: Jesus walks upon the stormy waters, and Peter dares to step out of the boat because he trusts in the Lord.

But when Peter becomes afraid and takes his eyes away from Jesus, he begins to sink. And when he cries out, Jesus reaches out His hand.

🌊 Like Peter, we too have our own storms.
As young people, we sometimes face doubts, fears, pressures, disappointments, and uncertainties about our future. There are moments when we feel like we are sinking.

Yet tonight, the Lord reminds us:

“Do not be afraid. Keep your eyes on Me.”

Faith does not mean that the storms will never come. Faith means knowing that Jesus is with us in the middle of the storm. And when our strength is no longer enough, His hand is always ready to reach out to us.

Tonight’s Taizé prayer became a beautiful moment to pause from the noise of life, to breathe, to listen, and to place our storms before the Lord.

🙏 Thank you to all the Chapel Officers and Parishioners of Bilayong, headed by their Chapel President, Sis. Lourdes B. Nabong, for warmly welcoming us and opening the chapel for this meaningful gathering.

Our sincere gratitude also goes to the Chapel Youth Officers and Members, headed by Regan D. Siva, for your support and participation.

And to all the young people who joined tonight’s prayer, thank you for choosing to be present, to pray, and to journey together in faith.

May we always remember:

🌊 When the storm is strong, look to Jesus.
🕯️ When fear takes over, pray.
🙏 When you feel like sinking, reach out to Him.
❤️ And when He calls, have the courage to step out in faith.

Because the storm may be around us, but Jesus is with us.

“Take courage, it is I; do not be afraid.” — Matthew 14:27
