Excerpts from the Virtual Meeting last night Feb 10, 2022

The meeting started with an opening prayer by Jon Ernacio.

Theme: "Doing Christ's Mission in Thess Changing Times"

Sub-Theme: "Bringing of Good News of Light and Hope of Masses in These Changing Times."

-Every local church will send at least 3 official delegates (can vote and legible to run in the office) then the rest will be an observers if more than 3 participants from the local church.

-The link will be posted in the CYAF Interim gc para ma share ninyo sa inyong co-CYAFers.

2. The National CYAF Quadrennial Assembly in UCCP Bugang, San Miguel, Bohol with 10 CYAF delegates from each conference.

-you can send more delegate/s but the exceed will be an observers.
-Deadline of the names of delegate who will join the Quadrennial Assembly will be on February 20, 2022 and February 28 for final confirmation.
-The round trip fare and registration will be shouldered by your local cyaf, if you have any funds. However, if we can request the CMAC thru CM if we can have the travel allocation for the official delegate/s on the said activity.

The virtual meeting ended @ about 8:35pm with no network traffic encountered and with the closing prayer by our CYAF adviser, Rev. Goel B. Bagundol.
