Rover Scouts Philippines (International) is the World Brotherhood of the Open Air and Service which promotes Rovering as the journey for the young people on their self-development through informal learning as they pursue their quest for service to God, the world, their country and fellowmen considering the Traditions of Rovering as envisioned by the Founder, Baden-Powell and the Trends of Time. RS

I is the confederation of various national Rover organizations which purpose is to embody the principles of Rovering by uniting the Rovers in the world from whatever race, creed, religion, beliefs and scout affiliations ( WFIS, WOSM, RSI, SWAGGS, etc. ) for service to God, the world, country and fellowmen.

The Scout Oath

On my honor,

to do my duty to God and my country,
the Republic of the Philippines,
and to obey the Scout Law,
to help other people at all times,
to keep myself physically strong,
mentally awake and morally straight.
