Christ Lutheran Church Cagayan de Oro is grateful to host the LCP Mindanao District Conference 2026.

CLC-CDO thanks all the Working Committee who have spent their time in service for the Lord in This Conference. We also give thanks to all the generous sponsors who have supported the needs of This Conference.

We also extend our gratitude to all the members of LCP-MDD, the Congregations, the Clergies, the Delegates and all participants who have supported, prayed for, and actively got involved in the making of this success.

Most importantly, CLC-CDO gives all the praises and thanks to the Lord who have made everything work. It is the Lord's providence and guidance that made This Conference a successful one. He has provided people, place, and perfect time for this assembly to convene.

Evening of June 05 2026, the MDD Conference 2026 was adjourned.
During the Closing Devotion led by Rev. Charles Palacio and Rev. John Michael Bote, the newly elected MDD-BD Officers and District Representatives to the LCP Convention 2026 were installed.

The newly elected MDD-BD Officers are as follows

MDD CONFERENCE COMMITTEE GROUPINGS

The Conference continues on its third day with a Morning Devotion led by Rev. Glenn Cabiltes to set the day forth. The Committee Meetings is the highlight of the morning.

Members of the MDD were divided into four committees namely; Christian Education, Mission, Finance and Policies. The Committees discuss the proposals made by the congregations.

After the Committee Meetings, the MDD will gather once more to discuss these proposals in the plenary.

MDD CONFERENCE CALLED TO ORDER

The Conference was called to order morning on June 04, 2026. MDD President Rev. Gordon Longakit declares the quorum and proceeds the business of the day.

Salient points of the day were the reports of the MDD President, MDD Treasurer, MDD Missionary, FNEWS, TEE, Evangelist and the Congregations of the district.

The day ended with an Evening Devotion led by Rev. Jonas Gumba.
The Day 03 of the Conference will hold the Election of the new officers of the MDD and the delegates for the LCP Convention in October this year.

MDD CONFERENCE: STUDY ON GOD'S WORD

The first morning of the Mindanao District Conference 2026 was spent on studying God's Word, through the Morning Devotion by Rev. Jeymar Echalico of Bukidnon Mission, and followed by a Bible Study by Rev. Antonio Reyes, the President of the Luthern Church in the Philippines. Rev. Reyes' Bible Study focused on this years Conference theme "Still Witnessing the Crucified and Risen Christ," through God's Mission.

CLC-CDO Working Committees continues its service to the Conference for accomodation, as members of other congregations arrive and for the preparation of the meals for the entire day.

It is expected that the Assembly begins the formal business of the Conference today, June 04.

MDD CONFERENCE 2026 OPENS WITH DEVOTION

Members of the LCP-MDD Lutheran Churches have arrived at CLC-Corrales for MDD Conference 2026. The Conference opens with a devotion led by Rev. JM Bote and Rev. Gordon Longakit. The members also shared a fellowship dinner as they commenced.

The Conference is anchored at the theme "Still Witnessing the Crucified and Risen Christ."
