Diocesan Vacation Church School (VCS) Teachersโ€™ Training โ€“ Day 3
Theme: Ako ay Kawangis ng Diyos

IFI DCENT Center, Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City
The third and final day of the training focused on exploring the VCS manual cover-to-cover. The trainers carefully discussed every part of the module to ensure that the participants were fully equipped and prepared for this yearโ€™s Vacation Church School. As with the previous days, the learning sessions began with praise and worship, offering every discussion and reflection to God, the Master Teacher of all teachers.
Throughout the day, participants reflected on important concepts such as inclusion, discrimination, unity, and diversityโ€”key themes that are deeply connected to the three units of this yearโ€™s VCS. These meaningful discussions encouraged the teachers to become more compassionate, understanding, and Christ-centered in their ministry with children.
To conclude the three-day training, everyone gathered in worship and community singing to glorify God and celebrate the success of the activity. Certificates were also distributed in recognition of the dedication, participation, and efforts of all the trained VCS teachers.
