𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟐 | 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬

Fr. Leo John Dehon’s life was deeply shaped by his devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. He saw in the Heart of Christ the most powerful expression of God's love—a love that transforms both individuals and society.

For Fr. Dehon, devotion to the Sacred Heart was not symbolic alone, but a living reality: the true heart of Jesus, full of mercy, tenderness, and sacrifice. This Heart, poured out in the Incarnation and Passion, called for a personal response of love, reparation, and justice.

𝐈𝐂𝐏 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐇 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐋𝐘

Today, May 9, 2026, the Immaculate Conception Parish of Aluba successfully conducted its Parish Pastoral Assembly 2026, attended by ministry heads and members, parish leaders, and representatives from the different chapels of the parish.

Centered on this year’s theme, “𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙁𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮,” the assembly reminded everyone that the mission of the Church does not end within the walls of the parish, but continues in every home and family. As one faith community, we are called to become instruments of Christ’s presence by strengthening families through prayer, service, unity, and active participation in parish life.

The gathering became a meaningful opportunity to reflect on our pastoral mission, strengthen collaboration among ministries and chapel communities, and renew our commitment to helping families grow deeper in faith and discipleship.

We also acknowledge and express heartfelt gratitude for the guidance and pastoral leadership of Rev. Fr. John Karl Y. Cabaluna, SCJ, Parish Priest, together with Rev. Fr. Hubertus Aditya Prabowo, SCJ, Parish Vicar, whose support and dedication continue to inspire the parish in fulfilling its mission of evangelization and service.
