PARISH ANNUAL CONVENTION 2025
December 14, 2025 | Lapasan Parish

The Parish of St. Roche, Brgy. Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City successfully held its Parish Annual Convention on December 14, 2025, bringing together faithful delegates from the nine districts of Lapasan.

Each district was represented by one delegate per sector: LIFI, WOPIC, and YIFI, together with the Parish Council, making the gathering a true expression of unity, collaboration, and shared mission within our parish community.

This meaningful convention served as a time for reflection, dialogue, and strengthening our commitment to serve God and the people, guided by our shared vision as one parish family.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all the working committees whose dedication, hard work, and selfless service made this convention organized, meaningful, and successful. Your efforts truly reflect the spirit of stewardship and bayanihan in our parish.

May this gathering inspire us to continue walking together in faith, service, and love. ✨

Isip kabahin sa pagsaulog sa 40th Year Jubilee sa Diocese of MOBUCA, mapasigarbohon nga mipartisipar ang Parokya sa Lapasan sa 1st Diocesan Chorale Festival Parochially composed nga gipahigayon sa Pro-Cathedral of the Virgin Mary, DCENT Center, Bulua, Cagayan de Oro uban ang tema:

“Matinud-anong pagsimba, gisangkap aron mahimong saksi sa gugma sa Dios sa tanang kaliwatan.” (cf. Buhat 1:6-8)

Dako nga pag-abiabi ug mainitong pasidungog sa ilang pagkadaog sa ikaduhang pwesto (2nd Place). 👏👏

Ang inyong kalamdag, panaghiusa, ug dedikasyon klaro kaayo nga mipakita sa matahum nga pasundayag. Usa kini ka hingpit nga kadaugan—makapadasig ug makapahupay sa tanang kabatan-onan.

A JOYFUL CELEBRATION OF FAITH AND DEVOTION 🙏🎉

Yesterday, our parish community gathered in love and unity to celebrate the Feast of our beloved patron, Sr. San Roque.

The day began with a vibrant Parade at sunrise, as the faithful filled the streets with music, prayer, and joyful expressions of devotion — a powerful witness to our shared faith and deep affection for our patron saint.

This was followed by a Solemn Holy Mass presided over by The Rt. Rev’d Felixberto L. Calang, our Diocesan Bishop, along with the clergy from the Agusan and Lapasan Clusters.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated, supported, sponsored and made this celebration truly meaningful and unforgettable.

Isip kabahin sa pagsaulog sa umaabot nga Aligokoy Festival, mapasigarbohon nga nipartisipar ang Kabatan-onang Iglesia Filipina Independiente (YIFI) sa 4th Barangay Interfaith Night nga gipahigayon sa Barangay Lapasan Gym, Cagayan de Oro City.

Mainitong pasidungog sa YIFI Lapasan sa pagdaug sa unang pwesto (1st Place). 👏👏

Ang inyong kalamdag, panaghiusa, ug dedikasyon mipakita gyud sa inyong pasundayag. Usa ka hingpit nga kadaugan—Mabuhay ug Padayon!

Dako kaayong pasalamat kang Ms. Rosellyn Sabuelva, koreograper, sa imong kahibalo, gugma sa buhat, ug giya nga nahimong yawi sa kalampusan sa among performance.
