Be careful what you whisper.
One poisonous tougue can divide a united Church.
Dear Christians,
be careful with the tongue you use inside the Church.
One gossip can destroy years of prayer, unity, and ministry.
The devil does not always destroy the Church through persecution.
Sometimes he destroys it through “Christian chismis” disguised as concern.
A whisper can divide brethren.
A rumor can weaken faith.
A toxic conversation can silently kill the fire of a growing believer.
You lift your hands in worship on Sunday,
but use the same mouth to tear down your fellow Christians on Monday.
That is not holiness.
That is hypocrisy.
Not every battle in the Church comes from outside.
Some wounds are caused by the people sitting inside the sanctuary.
Before talking about someone, ask yourself:
“Am I helping restore them, or am I helping destroy them?”
The Church is called to heal souls, not to assassinate reputations.
James 3:5-6 says that the tongue is like a small fire that can set a whole forest ablaze.
One careless mouth can burn an entire ministry.
If you cannot pray for your brethren,
you have no right to spread stories about them.
Dear Christians,
gossip is not a small sin.
It is a silent weapon that kills trust, unity, peace, and sometimes even a person’s desire to serve God.
