Today we’re reminded to be humble enough to admit that God’s ways are not our ways. We must take up our cross and follow Jesus.

Earlier today, a fire broke out in the 𝗭𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝟵 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗛𝗔𝗡, affecting many families who have unfortunately lost their homes and belongings.

In this difficult time, we are knocking on your generous hearts and humbly asking for any form of help you can extend. Donations may be given in cash or in kind, such as food, clothes, hygiene kits, and other essential goods that may greatly help the affected families.

At this time, 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀, as many were unable to save much of their clothes and personal belongings during the fire. If you have clean and gently used clothes that you no longer need, consider sharing them with families who may need them now more than ever.

As we serve through our choir, we allow the Lord, the Master Builder, to work with us and through us. 🎶🤍

Every voice, every note, and every act of service becomes part of building His Church. We may feel like a small stone in a much bigger work, but in the hands of the Lord, even the smallest stone can help create something beautiful.

As we sing and serve, let us ask ourselves: How am I helping to build up the Church of Christ through my voice and my service?
May our voices not only create beautiful music, but also lead others closer to God. 🎶

As we serve today, we are called and challenged to reflect on the strength of our faith. Like the Canaanite woman, may we remain courageous and persistent even when faced with challenges. Her faith reminds us to trust in Jesus, never give up, and believe that God’s love is for everyone.
