Happy 6th Sacerdotal Anniversary, Fr. Ton!

Today, we thank God for the beautiful gift of your priesthood and for the six years of faithful service you have generously offered to His Church.

Thank you for always supporting and believing in us, especially the youth. Your listening ear, kind heart, and constant guidance have made you not only our priest but also a true companion on our journey of faith. Your presence reminds us that we are seen, heard, and encouraged to grow closer to Christ.

ICYMI: The young people of the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro gathered for a Youth Mass in honor of the Sacred Pilgrim Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe from Mexico at Saint Augustine Metropolitan Cathedral.

The Holy Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Anthony R. Bagtong, SSJV, Archdiocesan Youth Apostolate Director and concelebrated with invited priests from the archdiocese.

May this celebration remind every young person to keep serving with faith and a joyful heart. Through the loving intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, may we remain committed to God’s call and continue to share His love through our service.

The new faces of the youth from different organizations of St. Augustine Metropolitan Cathedral gathered for the Youth Orientation to deepen their understanding of the Church’s structure and to be equipped as they begin serving as young ministers of the parish.

Inspired by Christus Vivit, may this orientation mark the beginning of their journey as young disciples of Christ—alive in faith, strengthened in service, and committed to building His Church.
