𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 | 𝐅𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐀𝐍 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐎 𝐃𝐄 𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐋

Last Feb 10, as Iponanon celebrates the Feast of San Guillermo, a meaningful 6:00 o'clock and 9:00 o'clock mass was held at San Guillermo de Maleval Parish of Iponan.

During the 6:00 o'clock mass, Rev. Fr. Rico "Tex" Bontol, M.I presided over the mass, followed by the San Guillermo Procession within the vicinity. By 9:00 o'clock, a concelebrated mass took place, presided over by Abp. Jose "Joe" A. Cabantan, D.D., together with the Archdiocesan and Religious priests, during the celebration. With beautiful hymns by the One San Guillermo Chorale, and the Parishioners, Convent Staffs, and other support made the feast more memorable.

One of the joyful mysteries is the Baptism of the Lord, Jesus Christ that signifies the beginning of his public ministry. It confirms Jesus identity as the son of God.

As one Catholic community, it reminds us that through baptism, we communion with Christ who have shared his life and eternal love to us. And as we walk together with him, let Christ shine upon us and be with us in this journey.

As the Magi (Wise Men) visited Jesus Christ, a symbol of hope, his divinity, and kingship, a reminder that as we welcome Christ into our home, he will journey with us in this life.
