👉 To the small church pastor

The one nobody is waiting in the lobby to take pictures with. The one not chasing a platform. Not asking people to like, subscribe, partner, repost, or build your brand.

You’re just faithfully doing the hidden work of the Kingdom.

You’re preparing sermons while exhausted. Praying over families by name. Walking people through funerals, marriages, heartbreak, addiction, betrayal, and disappointment. You’ve had people leave. You’ve questioned yourself. You’ve kept loving anyway.

You don’t have a giant staff. Sometimes you are the staff.

You’re coordinating volunteers, hosting events, unclogging toilets, pulling weeds, setting up chairs, answering late-night calls, counseling marriages, and still showing up on Sunday carrying hope in your heart.

You know your people. You love your people.
You’re not shepherding a crowd. You’re shepherding family.

AND WHILE THE WORLD MAY NEVER KNOW YOUR NAME, THE HEAVEN DOES. ☝️

This celebrity culture version of ministry has made hidden faithfulness seem insignificant, but I just wanted to remind some pastors today: what you’re doing matters deeply.

Real shepherd work still matters. And many of us see you, honor you, and are deeply grateful for you.

Pastors, Keep serving and remain faithful, Jesus is watching!

P – PAYING: Because the "wages of sin is death," Jesus Christ stepped in as the only way to pay our debt.
E – EVERYONE: This gift of grace is open to everyone who confesses that Jesus is Lord and believes in their heart.
L – LIFE: Through faith, we receive eternal life, total forgiveness, and a restored relationship with God.
