𝙄𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮, 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙡𝙨𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮, 𝙖𝙢𝙤 𝙣𝙖 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙖 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙣.
We must be careful not to waste our time and energy on minor distractions or criticizing fellow Christians. When we spend our effort "shooting at the saints," we exhaust our spiritual strength and have nothing left to fight our true enemy, the devil. Just like the twelve spies who lost sight of the God who sent them because they stared too long at the giant problems in the land, we can easily be derailed by the enemy's distractions.
Jesus warned us not to "strain at a gnat and swallow a camel" by obsessing over small things while completely missing the weightier matters of mercy, faith, and love. As believers, our highest calling is to advance God’s kingdom, yet we often fall into the trap of fighting the wrong battles.
God does not want us to be like whitewashed tombs, looking righteous to men but harboring hypocrisy inside. Instead, He desires true, inward change, because out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.
Always remember: kung ang Diyos nagbag-o sa imo sa sulod, magabag-o ka man sa gwa. God is looking for your sincere worship. Be encouraged to invest your energy in the real business of the ministry, staying connected to Jesus so He can gently prune you to bear even more beautiful fruit for His glory.
