It is easy to look at a highly polarized world and succumb to a cynical spirit. But God gave us the ultimate antidote this Sunday through Matthew 5:14-16.

In a beautiful, undeniable move of the Holy Spirit, both of our services brought the exact same scripture definition! This wasn’t a coincidence—it was a divine strategy for us today:

💡 Our Lead Ps Carlo Mendoza - pcm followed up with an empowering message on "THE RADIANT MANDATE," reminding us that our growth and God's grace are meant to put our light on a prominent stand for the world to see.

Don’t Slip on the Clock: Give God Your Best, Not Your Rest!⏰✨
Think about this for a second: If you had a meeting with a top CEO, a job interview for your dream career, or a flight to a dream vacation, what time would you show up?
Probably 15 minutes early, right? We make sure we don’t miss a single second.

But when it comes to Sunday morning, we sometimes bring God our leftover time. We stroll in late, slipping into the back row during the second worship song, offering Him the hurried, rushed version of ourselves.
Being punctual isn't just about good manners or keeping up with a schedule. It’s a reflection of the heart. It shows exactly how much we value the Presence we are stepping into. When we prioritize being on time for church, we are telling God, "You are my ultimate priority, not my afterthought."
God doesn't want our convenient sacrifices; He deserves our VERY BEST sacrifices. Honor His house, respect His presence, and show the world how grand God truly is in your life by giving Him your first and your best—starting with the clock.

Let's change the culture. Let’s honor the King with our time!

The Stand is Waiting: Why Sunday Matters for Cadiz City
To the Believers, Leaders, and Families of Cadiz City:
We live in a world that moves at a chaotic pace. Between the demands of our daily work, the noise of social media, and the constant challenges facing our community, it is incredibly easy for our spiritual "lamps" to run low on oil. We get busy trying to change the world, yet we forget to stay connected to the Source of our light.
Jesus said in Matthew 5:15 that a lamp belongs on its STAND so it can give light to the entire house.

This Sunday, your "stand" is waiting for you.
It is a matter of great common sense and spiritual alignment that before we face the world, we must first be found in the House of God. If we want to see a year of GROWTH in our families, our professions, and our local government, we must actively practice the principle of seeking Him first.

Gathering this Sunday isn't just a religious routine; it is a strategic repositioning of our hearts. It is our collective opportunity to pause, step away from the confusion of the world, and look directly at the One who sustains us by His GRACE. We come together to be deeply grateful for His faithfulness and to worship Him simply for who He is in our lives—our Anchor, our Provider, and our King.

No matter what kind of week you’ve had, no matter how bright or flickering your light feels right now, THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU HERE.

NATION ON THE LINE:THE POWER OF THE GAP

The Call: Intercession Over Division
Right now, our nation is at a critical crossroads. Between challenges to our LEADERSHIP, debates over our LAWS, and the very CONSTITUTION being questioned, it is easy to feel confused and dismayed. We see "political colors" creating walls and "cutoff culture" making us block those who don't share our affiliations.

But as believers, we are called to a harder, holier path. INTERCESSION is our spiritual "weed-killer" against the national bitterness that threatens to spread from one Filipino to another. It is the active work of standing in the gap for those we disagree with, asking for God's tangible intervention to override our divisions.
When we pray for our leaders and our land, we aren't just "choosing a side"—we are choosing HIS WAY.

Let us stop the growth of discord and start the growth of grace. Regardless of who you voted for, let us unite to ensure that resentment does not become the "permanent record" of our generation.

"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."

A Sunday to Remember: Why the Journey is Worth It🕊️

Yesterday was more than just a typical Sunday at New Life Cadiz; it was a powerful demonstration of why gathering in the House of the Lord remains the highlight of our week.
People often ask why so many families travel from different barangays to a church located 6 kilometers away from the city’s economic center. The answer is simple yet profound: it is the presence of Jesus, the power of His Word, the warmth of the people, and the peace of this place.

A Day Steeped in Grace & Honor 🌸
Our day began at 8:00 AM with a stirring message from Pastor Zaldy, who reminded us of the overwhelming Grace of God available to His church. Simultaneously, our brothers and sisters in Brgy. Tadlong gathered for their extension service at 9:00 AM, proving that God’s Spirit knows no distance.

The 10:00 AM Mother’s Day Special Service was truly the heart of the day.

Pastor Carlo delivered a timely and moving message on being "UNSTRANGLED"—explaining how mothers (and all believers) can break free from the "bitter roots" of the past to live in a legacy of grace.

The atmosphere was filled with love as we:

Honored our Mothers:
Every mom was blessed with a sweet token of our appreciation.

Worshiped Together:
Our kids touched every heart with a special song offered just for the mothers.

United in Prayer:Pastor Carlo led a dedicated time of prayer, covering our mothers in God’s protection and favor.

The fire continued into the afternoon at 3:00 PM during our extension service in Hda. Serging, Brgy. Luna, reaching even more hearts for the Kingdom.
