𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐋 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘 (𝐋𝐂𝐌)

The official seal serves as the logo of the ministry. It reflects its identity and functions in the diocese. It is a symbolic drawing that defines the ministry.

𝙀𝙑𝘼𝙉𝙂𝙀𝙇𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙐𝙈
- The seal bears the Evangelarium at the center. It represents the Gospel message and mission to proclaim the Kingdom of God to the ends of the world (Mark 16:15) at the heart of a lector’s ministry.

𝘼𝙇𝙋𝙃𝘼 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙊𝙈𝙀𝙂𝘼
- It is embossed with the Greek letters Alpha and Omega in gold that emphasize the eternity of God’s Word.

𝘾𝙍𝙊𝙒
- At the top is the symbol of the crow bearing a piece of bread surrounded by a tincture of azure. It represents Saint Paul the First Hermit who is the patron of the diocese.

𝙇𝘼𝙂𝙐𝙉𝘼 𝙇𝘼𝙆𝙀
- At the bottom is the Laguna Lake surrounded by a tincture of green. It represents the province of Laguna which the diocese mainly shepherds.

𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝘽𝙀𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙏𝙐𝘿𝙀𝙎
- The seal is accented with a herald bearing four (4) circles on each side. They represent the eight beatitudes which Jesus proclaimed at the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5:1-12). They are the central message of Christian discipleship as lectors are called to follow the likeness of Christ, as Proclaimers of the Kingdom, who exemplified the beatitudes (cf. Matthew 19:16-22).
