🌿 DAILY BIBLE VERSE | SATURDAY

📖 Romans 8:18
“For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.”

As we close this week's reflection, we return to the reality that suffering is part of our present world.

Calamity hurts. Loss hurts. Waiting hurts. Sometimes the pain feels overwhelming.

But Paul reminds us that our present suffering is not the end of the story.

For those who belong to Christ, there is a future hope that goes beyond what we can see right now. The pain we experience in this present life will not have the final word.

We may not understand every tragedy. We may not have answers to every question. But we can hold on to the promise that God is preparing something greater than what our eyes can presently see.

🌿 Your present season may be painful, but it is not your final destination.

Keep believing. Keep praying. Keep trusting. Keep looking toward the hope we have in Christ. 🙏

🌿 DAILY BIBLE VERSE | FRIDAY

📖 Proverbs 3:5
“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”

One of the hardest parts of experiencing calamity is not knowing why.

We ask questions.

Why did God allow this?
Why didn't He stop it?
Why did this happen to someone who loves Him?

Sometimes we may not receive the answers we are looking for.

Proverbs 3:5 reminds us that faith is not always about having every answer. Sometimes, faith means choosing to trust God's character even when we cannot understand His ways.

Our understanding is limited. God's perspective is greater than ours.

That doesn't mean we ignore our pain or stop asking questions. It means that even in our questions, we can continue placing our trust in Him.

🙏 You may not understand the path, but you can still trust the One who leads you.

🌿 DAILY BIBLE VERSE | THURSDAY

📖 Psalm 46:1
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”

Calamity can make us feel helpless. When everything seems to be falling apart, we may ask, “What am I supposed to do now?”

Psalm 46 reminds us where we can turn: God is our refuge and strength.

Notice that the verse does not say that trouble will never come. It tells us that God is present when trouble comes.

There are moments when our own strength is simply not enough. And that's okay. We were never meant to carry every burden by ourselves.

Run to God. Pray to Him. Rest in Him. Trust Him.

🙏 When your strength is gone, God's strength remains. When you don't know where to turn, God is still your refuge.

🌿 DAILY BIBLE VERSE

📖 Lamentations 3:22–23
“It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”

There are days when pain makes it difficult to recognize God's mercy. When tragedy happens, we may wonder if God is still there and if He still cares.

Yet in the middle of suffering, Scripture reminds us of a powerful truth: God's compassions do not fail. His mercies are new every morning.

We may not understand why certain trials are allowed in our lives, but we can still trust in the character of the God who remains faithful through them.

Every morning is a reminder that His grace has not run out. His faithfulness has not changed. And His mercy is still available to us today. 🌅🙏
